I was working as a Molecular Geneticist at the I.M.P. in Vienna when I met Human Design and Ra Uru Hu in 1997. Fascinated by the synthesis especially the involvement of Genetics, I started to study the knowledge and ultimately left my scientific career to pursue a career in Human Design. After additional trainings becoming a Trainer and Mediator, since 2002 I am a full time HD Professional and Teacher. Due to my Design I have visited all of the educational Program with Ra Uru Hu, resulting in being the broadest educated Teacher in Human Design. In addition I worked as an author of training manuals for the IHDS in both English and German. My scientific education made it possible to prove in a Research Project in 2008 the validity of the Primary Health System and Rave Psychology . After all these Years this is the most fulfilling work that I have ever done in my Life.

My teaching focus is scientifically oriented. My approach is to correlate various scientific aspects of the Human Design System to demonstrate the scientific validity at all Levels. In addition to this, I am also devoted to teaching the Basics of Human Design. It is an amazing Process for me to guide others from the fundamentals to the most superior cutting edge aspects of the knowledge

 Ilse Sendler

I am originally trained as an Interior Designer - I studied for 3 years in London (London College of Furniture) and then back in Vienna I have worked for nearly 20 years as a free lance Designer.

Then meeting Ra Uru Hu in 1993 changed interior design to Human Design and now I have been a fulltime practicing Human Design Analyst since 1995 and became a HD teacher in 2000.

As well as that I am Director of HD Austria since 2001, and the Director of German language education since 2003. I also am very involved in the business side of Human Design as BG5 and OC16 consultant and teacher since 2008.

I do a lot of organising and translating for the many teachers and analysts in Germany and Austria, plus I have given many readings and work with various companies as a BG5 consultant. My incarnation cross is ‘Planning’ – I feel very lucky to be in the right place and job!

Human Design is my life and my big love.

 Martin Grassinger

I was born on December 29th 1955 in Salzburg/Austria as an Emotional Generator with a 4/6 profile on the Incarnation Cross of Service.

Working as a Holistic Therapist and Teacher of Classical Homeopathy I had the privilege before Design stepped into public to be educated by Ra personally face to face and licensed as a first Human Design analyst on his birthday April 9^th 1993. According to him I am the oldest student of Design right after him worldwide. The same way Ra called himself a ‘mechanic’ he called me a ‘dynamic’.

I started to train and license new HD-Analysts in Germany in 1995 and to do my own seminars on Health and Design. In the same year Ra and I developed a specific matrix out of the Bodygraph related to nutrition and digestion which is called ‘Rave Biology’.

Out of my daily practice working with clients I developed various Health & Design seminars not only about the various basics but specifically on the chemistry of the body based on the DNA and the AminoAcids as well as an unique specific way to use the various planets in terms of conditioning themes, health and therapeutical tools. My specific point of view is to see the Bodygraph as the matrix of the entire brain, and to be aware of the specific job of all of the centers and gates as an important part of the proper functioning of the immune system.

In terms of therapy and readings I refer every personal theme to the individual chart depending to the various questions life comes up with. Over the years I wrote many articles in German newspapers and more than hundred articles on health topics in the german HDS-Newsletter. My special Seminars on Health and Design are published by Human Design Austria. I enjoy teaching live as well as online and I am grateful to have the chance to spread the results of my various therapeutical experiences with Design of the last 20 years out into the world so other people could take advantage of it for their own life and work. So in the name of Chiron – the first healing agent for humanity – I am very glad to work with Design from the Cross of Service.

Last but not forgotten: Since my own daughter is living her own life successfully I live in a new relationship with three more children since ten years now. To watch the kids grow according to their design is a gift to all of us.

"I was born in Vienna, Austria in 1951. I discovered an interest in strange things very early in my life. As a young man I was the disciple of an indian shaman, I was studying medicine and psychology and I was trained as body therapist. Later I did 10 years of martial arts, especially Tae Kwon Do.

 Parallel to that I was somehow searching for HD; studies of astrology, the kabbala and especially the tarot had led me to the conviction, that there must be a way to bring these elements together. (From 1985 on I was the owner of an esoteric/therapeutic bookstore in Vienna) In 1992 my first book (about Tarot) was published.

 When Ra Uru Hu visited Vienna for the first time in 1992 he stayed in the house I lived in. Therefore we inevitably had to meet and I got my basic reading. Not surprisingly HD was "a love at first sight" and in 1993 I became officially HD analyst and in 1995, as the first teacher training in Ibiza took place, I became a teacher as well.

 Since 2001 I work exclusively as HD analyst and teacher and I was designated by Ra Uru Hu to teach teachers as well as students of all levels.

 Presently I am living in Germany, working there, in Austria, Switzerland and Italy and - very rarely - in the UK.

 I am a 3/5 Cross of service in mutation, my definitions are 58-18, 39-55, 46-29 and 37-40. My special quality is the translation of the HD formula - with all necessary precision - in everyday language. Personally I am absolutely radical in my own process."
