Today the Sun and Earth move into Line 3 of Gates/hexagrams 22 and 47, bringing the energy of trial and error, and the right ‘mistake' may just lead you to the best discovery. There is the possibility of being the enchanted or the enchanter with perfected grace and openness being available through the correct alignment of emotional energy and awareness. Plus by being a conscious and well integrated being, natural right action will lead you to being able to see the unfoundedness of self oppression, and the eventual realisation that everything is really o.k. The notself will be stuck in highly energised self oppression, having extreme difficulty realising any self worth.

The Moon is still in Gate 38 until 10:30am when she will move into Gate 54, with the North Node, this is the Gate of ‘ambition', bringing interaction in the mundane social context, but also in ones mystical relationships, and this is for the purpose of transformation and rising up, like the concubine who became empress, and there is a limitless drive for material success. At 9:54pm she moves into Gate 61'mystery', bringing inner truth and the awareness of universal underlying principles into play, and there will be a lot of mental pressure to resolve what is unknown, to solve what is mysterious.

Today's planetary update

The Sun and Earth have now moved into the 2nd Lines of Gates/hexagrams 22 and 47, bringing the energy of only being open to a very selective few others, otherwise you can be insecure if you try and be open to everyone. There is grace available which can manifest itself as the ability to delude yourself and others into only being attracted to emotional style, it's like going to ‘charm school', where style can mask a person's true nature. This can be quite a moody transit, tending to melancholy if there is nothing or nobody worth listening to. There is ambition in the air, with the drive to overcome personal oppression in order to achieve security. This is best achieved through the awareness that to be busy with the right thing is mentally healthy. Mental pressure is around in the form of needing to understand life by relating it back to your own personal experience, trying to find inspiration out of confusion and fearing that the past experience may have been futile. The notself will be filled with insecurities, all style and no awareness, going for form over substance, feeling oppressed and indecisive over what activities are actually healthy.

The Moon is still in Gate 10 which I wrote about yesterday. At 11:55am she moves into Gate 58 ‘aliveness' where stimulation is the key to joy, filled with zest for life, loving to challenge authority and looking for perfection. At 23:11pm she moves into Gate 38 ‘opposition', bringing the ability to preserve individual integrity through opposition to detrimental forces, being ready to stand up for independence, and looking for value and purpose.

There is a pressure to find mental resolution through jumping into action, using your drive to move forward, looking for the energy to prove that you are ok emotionally, and that you feel good about your direction.

Today's planetary update

Today the Sun and Moon have moved into the Incarnation Cross of Rulership, bringing a potential for being introspective, open to listening, and enjoying music and art. Mutative change is in the air, and natural leadership can be realised through grace. There will be rules made and broken, and the wrong rules will lead to future problems. There is a mental pressure to resolve the past, to make sense out of the past, to find clarity, and the more you try to resolve it with your mind, the more oppressed you become. This is a very busy Incarnation Cross, where being busy gets you out of the mind worry, becoming grounded in being busy ruling your life and domain, educating those who come to you for your guidance. The notself will be deaf, mentally oppressed, rebelling and revolting.

The Moon is in Gate 26 ‘the egoist' maximising the power of memory in order to nurture continuity, always looking to attain maximum reward for minimum output. Then at 1:43pm she moves into Gate 11, meeting up with Mars in Gate 56, Defining the Ajna and Throat Centres with the Channel of Curiosity, bringing the energy of seeking, and searching, and this is all about the seeking, not about the goal or finding any specific thing, sit back and enjoy the journey and you will have the right experiences. At 00:45am on the 9th she moves into Gate 10 ‘behaviour of the self' bringing the energy of the underlying code of behaviour which ensures successful interaction despite circumstances, it's all about being an expression of your own uniqueness.

Jupiter is now in Gate 63 and at 10:09am Mercury will join Jupiter, ‘after completion', in the spiral of life, all endings are beginnings. This brings lots of doubt and questioning and there is mental pressure to find an answer, and you can't force an answer, it comes when it comes, and this can be either confusing or inspiring.

Today the Sun and Earth are in the 6th Lines of Gates/hexagrams 63 and 64. It's a day where you can miss what's right in front of you if you are too busy gazing off into the future. There is nostalgia in the air, and by employing your good sense you can avoid turning a previous struggle into an obsession, by being able to apply logic and leave all of those old doubts behind. Victory can show up through coming to a real mental assuredness that already knows that the impending victory is inevitable, thus making triumph sweet but not a reason for excess. And there can be a gift in enjoying the confusion and diversity of data available on a day like today. The notself will be illogical, obsessed with old suspicions and doubts, and like the Trojan horse it can be dangerous to get carried away in celebration and lose vigilance and perspective.

The Moon is in Gate 9 ‘focus', bringing the energy where potential can be fulfilled through detailed attention to all the pertinent aspects, you could say that ‘god is in the detail', and detail requires stillness and focus. At 4pm she moves into gate 5 ‘fixed rhythms' bringing a fundamental attunement to natural rhythms, where waiting is an active state of awareness, it's all about being tuned into the wider universal rhythm.

Venus has moved into Gate 25 ‘innocence', bringing an energy to our values and worth of perfecting action through an uncontrived and spontaneous nature, there may be challenges which can result in a wise deep kind of innocence like that of an old martial arts master.

Today's planetary update

The Sun and Earth have now moved into the Incarnation Cross of Dominion, and this is going to keep up the pressure on the mental plane, and those without mental capability and power to deal with life's challenges can end up being usurped, especially if they are in a position that they really should not be in. We will become conscious of flaws in people and organisations, and facades will be challenged, it will not be enough to look the part with this transit in play. Ironically usurpation is a relief for the true self that's been forced into a mould or role that doesn't fit, it can just let the false power go and let someone who is really well equipped for the job jump in and do it. The notself will be into a dog eat dog mentality, enslaved to those who drive the hardest bargain, and lies will be told as absolute truths.

We start the day with the Moon in Gate 14 ‘power skills', bringing the energy of possession in great measure, with the accumulation and retention of power through skilled interaction, coupling grace with control. Then at 6:50pm she moves into Gate 34 ‘power', where power is only great when its display or use serves the common good, this is pure vital energy that emerges naturally out of response to life.

Mercury and Jupiter are still in Gate 37 as I mentioned yesterday. Venus is with Uranus in Gate 36 ‘darkening of the light', bringing some chaos to the rule of cycles in which decline is a natural but not enduring stage of any process, and growth through profound emotional experience is on the cards. Uranus is in the 4th Line, bringing some covert behaviour with the ability to prepare for decline by accumulating secret or privileged information, to be prepared for crisis and change. Mars is in Gate 56, Line 5 where unusualness, innovation and sometimes genius can provoke and disturb us. Saturn is in Gate 46 Line 5 bringing the determination to stay with the rhythm that brings you success. Neptune is in Gate 30 Line 3 and here we have the awareness and manifestation of the laws of regeneration, like the laws of Karma, accepting what is, knowing it is perfect and leading to regeneration. Pluto is in Gate 58 Line 2 where there could well be some indulgence and decadence, which may or may not bring joy.

Observe the dance of the planets through the cosmos, feel how the energies shift and move, and don't identify with them, it's like the weather passing through, and your Strategy and Inner Authority is your umbrella in the storms of life.

Today's planetary update

It's a 4th Line Friday, opportunities are in the air and it can be great time for networking and connecting with friends and family. The Sun and Earth in Gates/hexagrams 63 and 64 bring the energy into play for applying memory to the detailed accounting of the process that led to achievement, in order to have an information base ready to be able to prepare a new order for the future. And you could be feeling some mental pressure to explore doubt in detail, to resolve it and come up with a foundation that can lead to formulising something for the future. Also in the air there is a conviction and assuredness that moving through all of the necessary phases allows for the natural transition from confusion into realisation. The notself will in the glow of victory forget the risk and price to be paid later, trying to force realisation, ending up with energised confusion.

The Moon is still in Gate 44 and at 12:15pm she moves into Gate 1 ‘self-expression', bringing the energy of creation as a primal force, there is the energy and potential to manifest inspiration, without limitation, and there is immense capacity for creativity. Then at 10:18pm she moves into Gate 43 ‘insight', where in order for achievement to be maintained a new order must be fairly established, and people will be expressing their thoughts in novel and creative ways.

Mercury has just moved into Gate 37 with Jupiter, bringing the energy for communicating laws and rules around the need for recognition through family or community, this is a friendly and nurturing energy, and there is an awareness of who will provide what is needed. There can be fear around not maintaining traditions and there is a nervousness over making promises.

At 9:55am today the Sun and Earth move into the 3rd Lines of Gates/hexagrams 63 and 64, bringing the energy into play for experimenting to see what can be discovered. There is continuance available through dedication to new beginnings, and you can maintain your higher principles despite having to deal with those who as yet haven't reached the point of living with higher principles. Plus there is the wisdom available to be able recognise when the necessary resources are not yet available to complete transition, being content to wait for the right timing for the resolution to show up. The notself will be filled with doubt and go for success at any price, confused and superficially confident that the fates will be kind on demand.

The day starts with the Moon in Gate 50 ‘values', bringing the value of historical continuity whose traditional values serve to enrich the present and the future, this is all about responsibility in the community. Then at 4:37pm she moves into Gate 28 ‘the game player', bringing the transitoriness of power and influence, and the readiness to take a risk in order to find meaning in life. At 2:22am on the 5th she moves into Gate 44 ‘alertness', where the success of any interaction is based on the absence of any preconditions, and peoples capabilities, gifts and skills can be sensed instinctively.

The emotional pressure of the last week has moved on, but there is still the potential for quite a bit of emotional vulnerability and volatility.

The view is one of probability, which is not to be confused with possibility, anything is possible, but only some things are really probable and the view is of what is probable, what is real.

We start off our Wednesday with the Sun and Earth in the 1st Lines of Gates/hexagrams 63 and 64, bringing an energy for research and building foundations. There is composure and a quality of personality where achievement is accepted with equanimity, and continued development is allowed to take its natural course, and there can be some doubt whether the continued development is possible. Through penetrating to the very centre of what is in front of you, you can gain understanding that instills the necessary harmony to be able to survive disorder. The notself will risk destabilising any accomplishment so as to go and chase new goals, acting too hastily in an effort to try and relieve confusion and doubt.

At 11:25am the Sun and Earth move into Line 2, bringing the energy where you can project your natural talent out to others. And structuring is in the air, where by establishing a large frame work, achievement can be expanded and shared, leading to being able to compensate others for their contributions, while maintaining control of direction, despite doubts. Plus there can be inner development which recognises the qualities essential for transcendence and the awareness that without those qualities, any action will fail. The notself, will be unstable, arrogant, and suspicious trying to keep others away from power, plus being constantly in action, wasting resources, lost in confusion all ending in burdening the psyche.

This morning the Moon is in Gate 48 ‘depth', bringing the necessary and qualitative foundation that is a prerequisite to establish the common good, where wisdom is so natural it is not noticed unless someone asks, and once asked new solutions can be shared. Then 12:11pm she moves into Gate 57 ‘intuitive insight', bringing the extraordinary power of clarity that can ensure survival, hearing truth in the now. At 9:33pm Gate 32 meets up with the North Node in Gate 54 to define the Channel of Transformation, and the Root and Spleen Centres, bringing an energy of being driven, of being ambitious to transform and find success, and to achieve this the right allies need to show up at the right time, without you trying to find them.

You can experience true self love when you accept who you are and live your unique Design.

Today starts with a continuation of the Sun and Earth's 6th Line theme in Gates 37 and 40. At 12:59pm the Sun and Earth move into Gates/hexagrams 63 and 64, activating the Incarnation Cross of Consciousness, bringing the energy into play of looking for and having reliable patterns to build civilization and society on. There will be a pressure to find answers to the million and one questions being asked around the certainty of the patterns for the future, thinking the answers will ensure survival. Everyone will be wanting to know why this, why that, why the next thing, looking for answers to a myriad of questions that are often just a distraction from what we are really meant to be doing. There will be reflection on the past, and projection into the future, and the mind might just try to claim authority, and if you have used your inner authority well, your mind can be a useful outer authority for whoever looks to you for inspiration. There can be great mental pressure until you figure out the mechanics of what the mind is really for, and then the mind can relax. The notself will be stuck in uncertainty, confusion, doubt and suspicion.

To begin today the Moon is in Gate 46 ‘determination', bringing good fortune that may be perceived as the result of serendipity, but actually comes from effort and dedication. Then at 5:47pm she moves into Gate 18 meeting up with Pluto in Gate 58, Defining the Root and Spleen Centres and the Channel of Judgement, which brings an energy that loves to perfect and correct everything, and unless invited the criticism can create more harm than good, when invited, solutions can be offered and great improvements made, otherwise it can be turned inward, nitpicking everything. At 2:56am on the 3rd of March she moves into gate 48 ‘depth', bringing the necessary and qualitative foundation that is a prerequisite to establish a common good, where wisdom is so natural it is not noticed unless someone asks, and once asked new solutions can be shared.

At 3:02pm the North and South Nodes change Line to the 5th Line of Gates 54 and 53, bringing an environment of magnanimity, where fruitful relationships can be formed between those in power and the less advantaged, with the recognition of the intrinsic values of development, being able to assert and maintain direction. The view could seem to become quite personal, and it is really just to be observed. The notself will be into power plays, trying to pressure development which will destroy the new beginnings.

We start today here in Sydney with the Sun & Earth in the 5th Lines of Gates/hexagrams 37 and 40, bringing the energy of love, natural harmony and perfected sharing through the right bargains, especially around nurturing, support and care. Negative relationships will be rejected in a rigid way to enable liberation to be achieved, and work and rest must be well balanced, and time alone is important.

The notself will be emotionally dependent, turning love into hate, deviating from revolution and succumbing to weakness and loneliness.
Then at 2:33pm the Sun and Earth move into the 6th Lines, bringing an energy of aloofness and possibility of a role model, plus purpose can come through the gift of recognising the inner meaning of the family and its values, plus there will be a focus on the necessary destruction of inferior forces to ensure liberation, and loyalty.

The notself will favour diversity at the expense of family and friends, distorting the ego through power and authority.

The Moon is now in Gate 64 ‘confusion', where transition, like birth requires a determined strength for the passage through, and there is a lot of pressure to make sense out of the past. Then at 2:45pm she moves into Gate 47 ‘realisation', and this can bring a restrictive and adverse state as a result of internal weakness or external pressure or both, and there can be a pressure to understand life by relating to personal experience. At 11:32pm she moves into Gate 6 ‘friction', which is another activation on an already very busy Solar Plexus Centre - the Centre of emotions, and this will bring the fundamental design component of progress, which is the law that growth cannot exist without friction, and there can be barriers or fears around intimacy.

Remember that these transits are conditioning themes, they are like the weather, passing through. Your Strategy and Inner Authority is your umbrella through whatever the transits bring, allowing you to take advantage of what is best for you and to be able to steer clear of what is not for you.
