Hello again,

Last blog I said I was going to tell you how we conceived and don't worry, I won't give you a lesson on the birds and the bees... just some pretty pictures of them!

...We conceived through following our Strategy and Inner Authority, the same way we came to the decision we wanted to have a child - Strategy & Authority.

As soon as you mention you are wanting to get pregnant you become a beacon for ‘advice' (unsolicited, although well meaning) advice on how to conceive ~ the ‘this' method & the ‘that' method, the lunar cycle, the rhythm calculations, how to synchronize hormonal & lunar cycles... it's enough to send you crackers.

It's like there is a magnifying glass put over your decision making looking at everything related to pregnancy from before conception to birth and beyond. There are seemingly so many decisions that need to be made... which for most, without understanding their Human Design and how they make decisions with their specific Strategy and Inner Authority, makes for a very stressful time because not only is their mind trying to run their everyday life, they have the added burden of their mind trying to run the pregnancy as well.

Your mind is not built for controlling every aspect of your life and when it tries it just causes very large headaches!

Thank god for my Strategy & Authority is all I can say! I'll share with you how that works next blog! ;-)

Sometimes for some the pregnancy becomes all encompassing and 'life after birth' is a distant vague notion which is barely given a thought.  Pregnancy is the start of a life time of parenthood...

Here is a short video commentary I thought you might enjoy from the founder of Human Design, Ra Uru Hu talking about Parenting Enjoy!

See you next time,

Best wishes

Virginia
