They say pregnancy can be like an emotional roller coaster. Well, I'm emotionally defined so I have my own built-in roller coaster...

And I understand my emotional wave very well, despite it being an unconscious activation in my design (the Channel of Community 37-40) click here to see my chart

I know to never act on anything immediately these days, I had always done the exact opposite mind you ~ before I understood how my Inner Authority worked... I also have a Defined Splenic Centre, so I was always very fast to act, spontaneously saying yes to all sorts of things that I would, nine times out of ten, come to later regret.

So these days regardless of how I'm feeling about something, whether it's the best or the worst thing ever, I give myself time to be clear. I wait out my emotional wave for clarity, as I've explained before, it's like I need to see the whole spectrum of the rainbow to get the full picture. And this is very soothing on my nervous system when I give myself time to be clear ~ no pressure to act immediately.

This way, once I am clear, whatever I do act on, is correct for me, so I'm not dispersing my energy helter skelter all over the place, which is quite exhausting to say the least. Because you see, when you jump, and make impulsive decisions as an emotional being, that is where you really get to see how destabilizing the emotional wave can be. It throws you out of your natural rhythm and flow and that just causes chaos. It is easily rectified though, by simply allowing yourself the time to feel the highs and the lows of your wave till you get to that point of clarity where you know whether if feels right for you or not...

I enjoy my highs and lows and know that 'this too shall pass' ~ where ever I'm at in my wave, it is a continual never ending cycle, just like the ebb and flow of the tides, and when you are tuned to your own natural timing, well that has a wonderful ripple effect that touches other lives too.

So far I haven't found being pregnant all that different to not being pregnant.... Except for the fact I sleep a lot!! I've thought of naming the baby "Val" short for ‘valium'... though I have been told that name won't work once s/he is born!! ... and to enjoy all the sleep I can get now! So here's to sleep while I can get it!!

Here is a short video of the stages of pregnancy I thought was pretty cool, ~ From Conception to Birth, Enjoy!

... till next time,

enjoy your flow,

best wishes
