Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

The day starts out with the Sun and Earth still shifting through the 2^nd Line theme, and then at 11:04pm (13:04gmt) they will move into the 3^rd Lines of Gates/hexagrams 53 and 54 bringing a theme for making materially beneficial discoveries through a process of trial and error with whatever you bump into. And ‘practicality’ is in the air today, and this is the fuel for the abstract concentration on sensing and avoiding conflict so as to ensure protection and continued development. All of which is based in the shared pressure to eliminate conflict in order to generate and develop on past experience. Plus ‘covert interaction’ is grounding us, and here we recognise the instinctive ability where when stymied in formal relationships, there is support for using secret or purely informal channels, when it is the only resort. All of which is based in the fuel and pressure that produces a drive that when blocked will use secret means to fuel ambition, to move ahead in the community. The notself will unconsciously provoke conflict that threatens security and development, insisting that anything can be overcome by the power of attraction.

The Moon is still moving through Gate 32 and then at 10:24am (00:24am gmt) she shifts into Gate 50 ‘values’ bringing movement and focus onto ‘the cauldron’ which is about knowing the value of historical continuity where traditional values serve, support and enrich the present and the future. This is about having the instinctive awareness to guard and maintain what has been built out of intimacy, nurturing and caring for the child or project to ensure continued survival of the community. This is the Gate of values and tribal law and also carries the awareness possibility of taste, intuition and instinct, both in the now and over all time. This is a key Gate in our wellbeing process and is the heart of supporting our personal immunity and our capacity to both assess and defend in life. And the expression of this capacity comes through values, as it is our instinctive creative values that are the support and foundation of our natural innate defence systems. This is also about the values associated with nurturing and caring, which come from our most ancient knowing and awareness, and is a fundamental ingredient to our human survival.

At 7:56pm (9:56am gmt) the Moon shifts into Gate 28 ‘the game player’ bringing the movement and focus to ‘preponderance of the great’ the transitoriness of power and influence. There is conceptualisation towards empowered awareness, based in unique existential awareness that is anchored in recognition of individual body consciousness, and can be experienced as a ‘gut’ feeling. And here we find the unique potential in the now to know what is worth struggling for, this is a deeply empowering individual process, where risks are always taken alone, and so are the consequences. Also the knower who does not know what to fight for individually or how to fight for it will face enormous resistance.

At 5:29am 10^th (19:29gmt 9^th) the Moon shifts into Gate 44 ‘alertness’ bringing movement and focus to ‘coming to meet’, highlighting the awareness that the success of any interaction is based on support and the absence of any preconditions. This Gate is specifically about the recognition of instinctive memory, which operates in the now and is cued by experience.  And this is a capitalistic energy, which is based in having the instinct and memory to transmit one's ego to the tribe. Here we also get to see the purely instinctive memory that cannot be called forward, but operates in the now and is cued by patterns in experience, and carries an alertness to the patterns of life. This is a Gate of individual loyalty offering its memory resources in return for the promise of the support and benefits of the ego's willpower.
