Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. We begin the day still moving through the 6^th Lines of Gates/hexagrams 48 and 21, and at 11:30pm (12:30 GMT) the Sun and Earth will shift into the 1^st Lines of Gates 57 and 51 bringing a theme of investigating and digging into things to see if there is a secure foundation for the future. And for the next six days the Sun is shining in ‘intuitive insight’ and ‘the gentle’ bringing an extraordinary power of clarity into play, and the Earth is grounding us in ‘shock’ and ‘the arousing’ which is bringing the ability to respond to disorder and shock through recognition and adaptation.

And ‘confusion’ is in the air today, which actually brings the self empowering gift of being able to penetrate straight to the unique inner meaning of something which in turn ensures awareness and timely action. Here we get to recognise the individual possibility of empowered intuition and knowing in the now, that penetrates life to reveal the inner meaning. Plus ‘reference’ is grounding us, and this is about having the unique advantage of having had previous crisis experience, all of which is based in the self empowering gift of individual re-examination that is the foundation of preparedness in the now. Here we get to recognise the centring power of the ego and will that has been conditioned by experience, which results in empowered individuated knowing. The notself will lack clarity and be indecisive, allowing confusion to overpower intuition, and have a weakness of ego in times of challenge.

The Moon is still moving through Gate 57 and at 3:56pm (4:56am GMT) she will shift into Gate 32 ‘continuity’ bringing the focus onto ‘duration’ and the knowing that the only thing which endures is change. This is the awareness potential in the now to instinctively adapt without losing support or continuity. Also in play is instinctive imprinting that shows up as a very conservative energy which is based on instinctively supporting the survival both socially and individually of the community on the material plane. This can also bring prolonged indecision based in this conservative reliance that can end up agonising over the risks of being driven toward transformation. And this is where, even with recognition and knowing, there is no rush to embrace the revolution, but if the revolution succeeds and is accepted, instinctive adaptation will take place, while still maintaining one's basic nature. There is also the potential knowing awareness here for what can and cannot be transformed in the now.

At 1:00am on the 9^th (14:00 GMT on the 8^th) the Moon shifts into Gate 50 ‘values’ bringing movement and focus to ‘the cauldron’ which is about knowing the value of historical continuity where traditional values serve, support and enrich the present and the future. This is about having the instinctive awareness to guard and maintain what has been built out of intimacy, nurturing and caring for the child or project to ensure continued survival of the community. This is the Gate of values and tribal law and also carries the awareness possibility of taste, intuition and instinct, both in the now and over all time. This is a key Gate in our wellbeing process and is the heart of supporting our personal immunity and our capacity to both assess and defend in life. And the expression of this capacity comes through values, as it is our instinctive creative values that are the support and foundation of our natural innate defence systems. This is also about the values associated with nurturing and caring, which come from our most ancient knowing and awareness, and is a fundamental ingredient to our human survival.

At 6:05pm (7:05am GMT) Venus goes retrograde in the 6^th Line of Gate 44 ‘aloofness’ bringing a review of values and worth in relation to supporting perfected renewal where the instinctive establishment of a new form is based on the condemnation of that which has already been rejected by the community. Here we also get to recognise how supporting the knowing and awareness of patterns ensures one's instinctive wellbeing. The notself will be intolerant and arrogant toward lesser mortals.

At 8:06pm (9:06am GMT) Pluto moves into to the 6^th Line of Gate 10 ‘the role model’ bringing unique truth in relation to the perfected individual expression of the norms through actions rather than words. This is about the self empowering constant example that helps to refocus the complacent on the basic integrity and love of set behaviour in the now. Here we get to see the enduring value of the expression of the individual identity and role of the self expressed through action rather than words. The notself will be the hypocrite who’s mantra is do as I say, not as I do.

Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.
