Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

We begin our day with the Sun and Earth still moving through the 5th Lines of Gates/hexagrams 5 and 35 and at 11:37pm (12:37gmt) they will shift into the 6th Lines bringing a theme for being busy looking off into the future, ready for what’s coming next, just don’t dismiss what is already at your feet, or worse yet fall over it. And ‘yielding’ is in the air today, and this is the fuel for understanding that waiting itself, is logically never really free from pressure, whether physical or mental and this type of waiting is often punctuated by the unexpected. This is all based in the creative generative growth of responsive awareness that comes with bending to the universal life force flow, accepting that in one's fixed rhythm despite the pressures, growth will always be empowered, and often through the shared and unexpected. Plus ‘rectification’ is in the air, and this is the manifestation and expression of the energy to correct, based in the abstract process of sensing and crystallisation coupled with ambition that assures timely and effective correction and transformation. All of which results in metamorphosis and progressive change that results from shared correction and rectification. The notself will yield to destructive tendencies, meet resistance and reinforce problems.

The Moon is still moving through Gate 27 and at 5:02pm (6:02am gmt) she shifts into Gate 23 ‘assimilation’ bringing movement and focus to ‘splitting apart’ and this is all about individual amorality, based in having the knowing, awareness and understanding which leads to recognition and acceptance of uniqueness and diversity. The very fact that an insight is unique and individual requires that it be metamorphosed in order to be able to communicate its essence to the collective, as for any insight to be recognised as empowering and truly of value to others, it has to be successfully expressed. This Gate is also about eliminating intolerance, as in an intolerant world it is hard for the unique individual to survive.

At 4:23am 9th (17:23gmt 8th) the Moon will shift into Gate 8 ‘contribution’ bringing movement and focus to individualised ‘holding together’ and this is where an individual’s basic worth is realised and recognised through the actions of contributing their unique efforts to group goals. This is based in the individual possibility of metamorphosis leading to the expression of what you know you can do, and this is best done through going your own way and being the example, and whether anyone follows you or not is irrelevant as the individual knower is designed to be able to go it alone.

At 4:31am 9th (17:31gmt 8th) Venus shifts into Gate 54 ‘ambition’ bringing values and worth into play in relation to ‘the marrying maiden’, supporting and recognising interaction in its mundane social context as well as in mystical and cosmic relationships. This is the archetype of the concubine who becomes empress, embodied in the idea of rising up through the hierarchy of the community, of moving up the ladder, this is the fuel of being driven. And this is a very ambitious transit, which is never a mundane thing, as it is only when the instincts to operate on the mundane plane have been mastered is transformation possible, this is the drive to transform and become something more.
