Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

We begin the day with the Sun and Earth still in the 2^nd Line theme, and then at 9:42am 8^th (23:42gmt 7^th) they will shift into the 3^rd Lines of Gates/hexagrams 7 and 13 bringing a theme of trial and error, which can lead to discoveries, resilience and material success. And ‘the anarchist' is in the air today, and here we recognise the logical rejection of any institutionalised order. This is the constant need for change in love, direction and identity for the future, no matter what the prevailing conditions. All of which is based in understanding the drive of the Self to share and express many roles. Plus ‘pessimism' is grounding us today, and here we recognise the abstract belief that the best can never be achieved. The key to any sense of direction here is to recognise how this lack of trust can be transformed, and that is only going to happen through experiencing concrete evidence. All of which is based in an innate openness that is conditioned by suspicion and seeks evidence of love, direction and identity to share with the collective. The notself will be the nihilist, denying value in anything, suspicious and pessimistic about everything.

The Moon is still moving through Gate 34 and at 11:26am (1:26am gmt) she shifts into Gate 9 ‘focus’ bringing movement and focus to ‘the taming power of the small’ and this is where logical potential can be fulfilled and shared through understanding and detailed attention to all the pertinent aspects. This brings a fuel for determination, and the creative generative power to maintain focus, especially on those details that can carry us into the future. This Gate brings an ability for prolonged focus and detailed work, as long as the discipline of sitting still can be maintained. 'God is in the detail' could be this Gate's mantra, and it must be the right detail that has come to you through your Strategy and Inner Authority.

At 9:21pm (11:21am gmt) the Moon shift into Gate 5 meeting up with Mars in Gate 15 Defining the Sacral and ‘G' Centres with the Channel of Rhythm, a ‘design of being in the flow', bringing movement and focus to this logical generative life force energy for sharing love, identity and direction for the future. This is the logical energy of being empowered in the flow and everything being effortless, through understanding and being in harmony with the life force of creation itself, this is the ultimate Tantra. Be in your own flow.

At 7:19am 9^th (21:19gmt 8^th) the Moon shifts into conjunction with the North Node in Gate 26 ‘the egoist’ bringing movement and focus onto the view of ‘the taming power of the great’ which is about supporting the maximisation of the power of memory so that it can be recognised and applied to the nurturing of manifestation and continuity within the community. This is the Gate of the trickster where will and memory can be manipulated, where based on the dualistic nature of life can result in great lies or great truths, or this could be the archetypal sales or public relations person, who could sell ice to Eskimos. A saying that could exemplify this Gate is ‘fools are liars and prophets too, for they can never know if what they say is true. They just have to wait and see.’ This transit's dualism clearly shows up in the sense that from the mouth of the great liar can also come the great truth.  And yes the Heart Centre is not aware, it is pure will powered energy, and the manipulation of memory is inborn and mechanical.

At 1:01pm (3:01am gmt) Mercury shifts into Gate 29 ‘saying yes’ bringing communication in relation to ‘the abysmal’ which can be seen as the deep within the deep, where persistence despite difficulties has it’s inevitable rewards, which comes through reflection and making sense out of it all. This is the Tantric energy to empower the determination of the self and is the Gate of the generative yes, and fuels perseverance despite circumstances, and if not careful can result in loading up on piles of commitments and responsibilities so that there is something to persevere about. The trick here is to only ever say yes to what is correct, and the secret is waiting, this is a cyclical energy and what is committed to one day, may no longer be of interest the next.

At 6:57pm (8:57am gmt) Venus shifts into Gate 7 ‘the role of the self’ bringing values and worth in relation to ‘the army’ which is a metaphor for having a common point of convergence. And here we get to see how having a logical point of convergence, by design brings understanding and recognition of the need for leadership to guide and order society into a logical direction for the future through the role of interaction and sharing. This transit is all about logical direction and the role of the Self or identity in interaction, and how that plays out to lead us into the future. And this is done mainly through first of all testing out established patterns to find certainty for the future. This role of the self is unaware, it is purely mechanical, and is driven by our genes and does not respond to any mental concepts of role, it is just purely conditioning how we move into the future.
