Today's planetary update

Date: 7th July 2010

Time: 9:30am Aust. AEST / GMT +10hrs (note: this is Australian time, so if you are in another country check your time zones)

Today we begin our day with the Sun and Earth completing their journey through the 6th Lines of Gates/hexagrams 39 and 38 and you can read about that in yesterday's blog. Then at 6:12pm they will shift into the 1st Lines of Gates 53 and 54 bringing a need to research and dig into things to find what is secure and what is not. ‘Beginnings' and ‘ambition' will be highlighted for the next 6 days, with ‘development' and ‘the marrying maiden' is in play with structured logical progression that is both steadfast and enduring, combined with community interaction in both its mundane social context and as well as our mystical and cosmic relationships.

And ‘accumulation' is a theme today with the logical dissolution of old forms but not at the expense of any valued components that will be retained and transformed. There is a pressure to begin something new to be shared, though not from scratch, but based on the foundation of the old. Plus ‘influence' is in the air with the ability to achieve community influence through secret supportive relationships, which can be anything from the private adviser to the Satanist. This could be seen as ambition and drive energised through secret relationships which fuel influence in the community. The notself will be hampered by criticism, diminishing power through misplaced ambition.

The Moon is moving through Gate 24 ‘rationalising', bringing movement and focus to ‘returning' and the empowering natural and spontaneous process of transformation and renewal. Mysteries and solving them is focus, with the mind turning inspiration over and over, looking for knowing and mental clarity for conceptualisation. At 11:24am she will shift into Gate 2 ‘higher knowing' bringing the focus onto ‘the receptive' where receptivity is the primal base through which any response is determined, and is the root of all empowered, generative, creative action. This is the archetype of the acorn that knows how to become the oak tree, and requires the resources of sunlight and water to make it happen. At 9:46pm she will shift into Gate 23 ‘assimilation' bringing the focus onto ‘splitting apart' with amorality manifesting as the expression of the awareness, knowing and understanding which leads to the acceptance of diversity. The purpose here is to express individual insights that inject new and innovative ways of thinking into society, resulting in empowering it.

The Moon is making its way through more Individual Circuit Gates today, bringing a pressure to mutate and evolve, plus the potential to melancholy over change not happening fast enough.
