Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

Today we are still moving through the 1^st Line theme of Gates/hexagrams 54 and 53 and at 4:56am 7^th (17:56gmt 6^th) the Sun and Earth will shift into the 2^nd Lines bringing a theme for being shy and involved your natural talents, until the right call comes for you to boldly share them. And ‘discretion’ is in the air today, and this is about having the wisdom once a relationship is formally recognised to be able to restrain the temptation to take advantage of past informal interactions. All of which is supported by the energy of restraint which in turn fuels ambition. Plus ‘momentum’ is grounding us. And this is the fuel for success that breeds success, based in the protection and support of earlier success, which in turn nurtures further achievement. Here we get to see the abstract pressure to start something new, which is based on what is sensed through the experience of past success. The notself will lack loyalty and take advantage of informal knowledge, with an impatience for something new that leads to haste and imprudent action.

The Moon is still moving through Gate 41 and at 5:53pm (6:53am gmt) she will shift into Gate 19 ‘wanting’ bringing the movement and focus onto ‘approach’ where the fact that all things are interrelated is apparent and manifested through the support and action of approach. This is the fuel for recognising sensitivity and for how our social needs are supported within the community, and with this Gate the remedy for over-sensitivity is to have a full refrigerator. This Gate is the fuel for the mystical way, and brings a spiritual leaning which at the mundane level can be over sensitive and easily disturbed. This is also the fuel of our social needs, where we get to see the drive to make sure that a community exists and that there is a place within the community for this energy to be supported. And this transit brings a certain need, but is not about wanting or needing someone specifically, it is the energy to support and the need to have the support of the community available, based on having social access without restriction.

At 4:51am 7^th (17:51gmt 6^th) the Moon shifts into Gate 13 ‘the listener’ bringing movement and focus to ‘the fellowship of man’, where abstract universal ideas and values are organised into an ordered framework which inspires humanistic cooperation and direction. This brings an identity of openness in sensing and interaction, that is looking to manifest a direction that brings both identity and love, based on reflection and past experience. Here there is a demand on the Self to listen, finding direction through reflection on the past experience, both personal and what is shared. And because of the strong listening influence here, a lot of other people's experiences can be heard and shared, based on an accumulation of memory in relation to the cycle of experience, and a few secrets could come out too.

At 2:38pm (3:38am gmt) Mercury shifts into gate 11 ‘ideas’ bringing communication into play in relation to ‘peace’ which can be sensed as a harmonic and abstract condition both in individuals and society as a whole, and this peace permits for reflection and assessment before renewed action. Also in play is the possibility that emerges through the process of conceptualising, recognising and realising, which can be a difficult process as visual conceptual memory needs to be turned into language before it can be articulated and shared. Also this Gate sees only an aspect of the whole in the now, yet over time it takes in the entire picture, leading to awareness and ideas, just remember that ideas are not facts, they are just possibilities. One of the important aspects of this transit is to see how the process of making sense out of something does not stop at realisation, but is looking for a way to express its mental awareness, which it does through using an idea as a tool to express what has been sensed. Also there can be a lot of mental frustration when ideas do not turn into realities, but by design the fulfilment of an idea is purely in its expression, not action, ideas are not a prescription for action, they are stimulation for reflection.

At 8:48pm (9:48am gmt) Jupiter moves into the 6^th Line of Gate 36 bringing rules and laws into play in relation to ‘justice’, and this is about sensing the inevitable survival of what is right, based in the potential emotional awareness and the knowable and attendant faith that the powers of darkness will eventually destroy themselves. A saying that could go with this transit would be ‘those whom the Gods wish to destroy, they first make mad’, which is about experiencing the correctness of a crisis when it arises out of pure feelings. The notself will want unacceptable terms and conditions fulfilled, plus being profoundly cynical and sorrowful, lost in darkness.
