Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

We begin our day with the Sun and Earth still in the very early stages of the 3rd Lines of Gates/hexagrams 5 and 35 and then at 3:17am 7th (16:17gmt 6th) they will move into the 4th Lines bringing a theme for opportunities coming through friends and networks. And ‘the hunter’ is in the air today, and this is fuel for waiting as a guarantee of survival, based in having the logical creative genius to transform the most passive experience into active achievement, all through having the understanding and creative generative power to make the best of sharing one’s fixed responsive rhythm and life force. Plus ‘hunger’ is grounding us, and this is about sharing the manifestation and expression of an insatiable appetite for progress, which is symbolised by the phases of the moon as She transforms through her cycle. As an example the drive to make sense of and find change may be obsessive when the moon is full, but like the fading of the moon the obsession itself also abates. This can also show up abstractly as metamorphosis and change for changes sake, where the drive lessons with age. The notself will step on toes and abuse its position to accumulate perks, leading to retribution from those unfairly deprived, plus the vanity of the personality will be so strong that it will deny its own rhythms and threaten its very survival.

The Moon is still moving through Gate 42 and at 6:15pm (7:15am gmt) she will shift into conjunction with Jupiter in Gate 3 ‘ordering’ bringing movement and focus to ‘difficulty at the beginning’ and this is a creative generative life force energy where the fundamental challenge of individual initiation is to transcend confusion and establish order and knowing. This is the fuel for empowered mutation, or evolutionary growth and change, which starts out as a confused energy, in the sense that it is unsubstantiated, because like the individual insight it is unique and has to find its form. Here we also get to see the fulfilment of knowing through individual expression, where being a unique example brings changes and mutation to all who come into contact with it, as this is the basis of cultural mutation.

At 5:39am 7th (18:39gmt 6th) the Moon will shift into Gate 27  ‘caring’ bringing rules, laws, movement and focus to ‘nourishment’ and this is the fuel for the support, defence and enhancement of the quality and substance of all activities through responsive caring. This is a powerful generative life force bringing energy for nourishment, as without nourishment and caring, nothing can survive, this is the drive to care and nourish as well as to be cared for and nourished. This is also the Gate of compassion, bringing the power to care for the weak, the sick and the young. And here we get to see pure impressive altruism in action, if this Gate had an archetype, it could be Mother Teresa of Calcutta.
