Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

Today starts with the Sun and Earth still moving through the 2^nd Lines of Gates/hexagrams 5 and 35 and at 11:18pm (12:18 GMT) they will shift into the 3^rd Lines bringing a theme of trial and error leading to discoveries and resilience. And ‘compulsiveness’ is in the air today, and here we get to see the fear engendered by the sense of helplessness that in turn fuels unnecessary stress and activity. This is where compulsiveness can be understood and limited in its negative effects through allowing for flights of the imagination, that although there is still stress in play, it does not lead to any action. All of which is based in surrendering to the logical limitations of a fixed rhythm through the empowerment of the imagination. Plus ‘collaboration’ is grounding us, and this is about the whole being greater than the sum of its abstract parts, which is based in the benefic encouragement of others that expands personal expression as well as communal experiential progress, and can be sensed as the ability to bring progressive change into others lives. The notself will be at odds with its own rhythm, needing to be the centre of attention and ignoring the importance of others.

The Moon is still moving through Gate 34, and at 3:01pm (4:01am GMT) she will shift into Gate 9 ‘focus’ bringing movement and focus to ‘the taming power of the small’ and this is where logical potential can be fulfilled and shared through understanding and detailed attention to all the pertinent aspects. This brings a fuel for determination, and the creative generative power to maintain focus, especially on those details that can carry us into the future. This Gate brings an ability for prolonged focus and detailed work, as long as the discipline of sitting still can be maintained. 'God is in the detail' could be this Gate's mantra, and it must be the right detail that has come to you through your Strategy and Inner Authority.

At 00:54am on the 6^th (13:54 GMT on the 5^th) the Moon shifts into Gate 5, meeting up with the South Node in Gate 15 Defining the Sacral and ‘G' Centres with the Channel of Rhythm, a ‘design of being in the flow', this is a logical generative life force energy for sharing love, identity and direction. This is an energy of being in the flow and everything being effortless, through being in harmony with the life force of creation itself. At 11:43am the Moon will shift into Gate 26 ‘the egoist', bringing the focus to ‘the taming power of the great', and the maximisation of the power of memory applied to the nurturing and support of continuity. This is the archetype of the salesman who can take raw potential and twist it around into something marketable, and it could also be the trickster, manipulating purely for advantage. At 10:20pm she will shift into Gate 11 ‘ideas', bringing the focus onto ‘peace' as a harmonic condition in the individual or society that permits review and assessment before renewed action. There will be ideas and sensing everywhere, and that is all they are, ideas have no direct connection to energy and are purely for stimulation and sharing. And at 4:37am on the 6^th (17:37 GMT on the 5^th) the Moon completes its waning phase becoming New, ready for its waxing journey back to Full.

At 5:35pm (6:35am GMT) Mercury shifts into conjunction with Pluto in Gate 58 ‘aliveness’ bringing communication in relation to ‘the joyous’, where logical understanding and stimulation is the key to joy. This is fuel for taste, both physically and metaphorically and is also the Gate of vitality, bringing a zest for life and living, looking for ways to share and create a better life, which is most often done by using criticism to challenge conditioning and improve on it. All of this challenging and drive for improvement is anchored in not being satisfied in the now, always looking toward the future. Also there is a real love of life that creates a strong drive to be of service to the wider community in some way, as there is a strong pressure to commit energy to a process even though there is a lack of awareness as to what and where.

At 3:13am on the 6^th (16:13 GMT on the 5^th) Mars shifts into conjunction with the North Node in Gate 10 ‘the behaviour of the self’ bringing maturation and mutation in relation to ‘treading’, and this highlights the underlying code of individual self empowered behaviour which ensures successful interaction despite circumstances. And the correct behaviour links centring and knowing and the potential behaviour of the self, which ensures the perfection of our form, our survival and the conviction that guides it. With this transit there is also the love of living and being alive, which is guided through knowing what behaviour serves best. This is the archetypal knowing of how to behave so as not to tread on the tail of the tiger. This Gate also has powerful influence as determining the behaviour of the planetary collective, as awakening is not possible without fixed behaviour. And this only comes through surrendering to the privilege of exploring life in a unique self conscious form, also awakening is not a commitment to being something, or anything, it is an empowered commitment to being oneself, and this Gate represents the love of the Self, as it is, in the now, this is awakeness.
