Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. To begin with, for the next 6 days the Sun will be shining in Gate 64 ‘confusion’ and ‘before completion’, and this is where we are reminded that all transitions are like giving birth and requires a determined strength for the passage through. Plus the Earth is grounding us in Gate 63 ‘doubt’ and ‘after completion’ which is all about the never ending spiral of life, where all endings are also beginnings, the movement never stops. And today ‘conditions’ are in the air, showing that through abstractly penetrating to the very centre of anything, the understanding can be sensed that in turn instils the necessary harmony to aid in surviving disorder. This is a mental pressure to find inspiration and answers from the past, which does create confusion, and yes there can be difficulty in finding the point, but through reflection clarity can be found and shared. Plus ‘composure’ is what is grounding us today, and brings into play the logical quality of the personality where inspiration and achievement is accepted with equanimity. This is where continued development is innately understood and allowed to take its natural course and be shared with others. There is also mental pressure here, which can lead to the acceptance of achievement, but there can be a lingering doubt as to whether continued development can or will take place in the future. The notself will feel the urge for hasty action to escape confusion, continually seeking new goals which in turn leads to destabilisation.

At 9:21am (23:21 GMT on the 4^th) the Moon shifts into conjunction with the South Node in Gate 39 ‘the provocateur’ bringing movement and focus to ‘obstruction’, and here we get to see the unique value of obstruction in provoking individual analysis, assessment and re-evaluation. This is a combative fuel that is looking for knowing, potential emotional awareness and spirit, and this form of provocation is purely about finding the right spirit, to provoke it into expression or not. Then at 6:57pm (8:57am GMT) the Moon will shift into Gate 53 ‘beginnings’ bringing the focus onto ‘development’, and here we get to see abstract development as a structured progression that is both steadfast and enduring. This is the fuel for steadfastness and the maturation process, and is all about transition and change making sense, so that everything is ready to start a new cycle regardless of the changes that will bring. This transit brings a pressure to continually seek and share new beginnings, which always requires patience. And then at 4:26am on the 5^th (18:26 GMT on the 4^th) the Moon will shift into Gate 62 ‘detail’ bringing movement and focus to ‘preponderance of the small’, which is all about expressing logical caution, patience and detail to produce understanding and excellence out of limitation. If this Gate had a voice it would say ‘I think’, which is based in being able to communicate and share concepts from a mechanical capacity for detail. This is where opinions can manifest as words, and things can be given their names, solidifying their existence in the Maia, which aids the collective in understanding the world, as without names, there can be no understanding or sharing, this is the Gate of the development of language which is the common ground for sharing of the human experience.

At 12:12pm (2:12am GMT) Venus shifts into Gate 50 ‘values’ bringing standards and worth in relation to ‘the cauldron’, and here we get to see the value of historical continuity where traditional values support, serve and enrich the present and the future of the community and family. This is about guarding and maintaining what has been created out of intimacy. There is also the awareness possibility in the now of taste, instinct and intuition, and this is the key Gate in our wellbeing process, as it is the heart of our personal immunity and supports our capacity to both assess and defend in life. This Gate also establishes the rules and laws of caring for the offspring of the tribe, which is a fundamental ingredient in human survival.

Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.
