Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. The week begins with the Sun and Earth still moving through the 2^nd Lines of Gates/hexagrams 48 and 21 and at 4:16am on the 5th (17:16 GMT on the 4^th) they will move into the 3^rd Lines bringing a theme of mastering the material plane through making the right discoveries, through meeting the right trial and error. And ‘incommunicado’ is in the air today, which can be likened to the dark of the Moon phase, where the logical potential of any understanding, knowing or light is unrecognised, unavailable and unknowable. The redeeming value of this transit is to recognise the transience of this stage, which can give strength to those who are afflicted with waiting in this metaphoric no man’s land, where nothing and everything is taking place. This is teaching that the development of taste and depth is a long term process. Plus ‘powerlessness’ is grounding us, and this is where the just are condemned to a futile confrontation with superior forces, and defeat is supported as a survivable humiliation, often only made acceptable through the abuse of drugs and alcohol. All of which is based in the tribal rule that unless one follows one's material path, the ego and will can be broken by superiors, so it’s a very good day to follow your Strategy and Inner Authority, especially regarding your material path. The notself will be profoundly anxious with any long term process, lost in the wilderness, totally withdrawing from the material plane.

The Moon is still Moving through Gate 7 and at 12:54pm (1:54am GMT) she will shift into Gate 4 'formulisation' bringing the focus onto 'youthful folly' and the logical energy to beguile and succeed despite ignorance as this transit brings a freedom from retribution plus good fortune. There is also the potential to have an answer for any doubt, just be aware that the concepts and answers might only be a potential, and could be sheer foolishness instead of real understanding. It is clear that the most grounded path is based in logic, and to use logic, is to be able to recognise and substantiate things with fact, which protects from sharing misjudgement. This Gate brings a mental pressure of doubt and suspicion that can last a lifetime, and this is based in looking for some sort of logical awareness, which always requires a formula, and no matter what the answer appears to be, it is not necessarily a solution or a fact.

At 10:06pm (11:06am GMT) the Moon shifts into Gate 29 meeting up with Mercury in Gate 46 defining the Sacral and ‘G’ Centres with the Channel of discovery, a ‘design of succeeding where others fail'. And this is a powerful generative abstract energy for sensing and reflecting on the past to fuel empowered direction, love and identity. This is a very self empowering ‘tantra’ type of energy, which leads to continual discovery, through the correct use of creative, fertile lifeforce energy without any expectations as to the result. Here we get to see that once it is clear what commitment is best, total abandonment is required, and through this the discovery comes that there is no such thing as failure or success, only continual discovery. This Channel requires total commitment, as if one is only half committed, nothing valuable will be learned.

At 7:13am on the 5^th (20:13 GMT on the 4^th) the Moon shifts into Gate 59 ‘sexuality’ bringing movement and focus to ‘dispersion’, and this is the generative life force that supports the ability to break down barriers to achieve union. Here is also the fuel for expressed sexuality and/or creativity, and being able to break down barriers through response, so as to bring something new to the community. There is also a desire for intimacy which can manifest as anything from shyness, brotherhood/sisterhood, the femme fatale/Casanova, to the one night stand and a few others in between. Waiting is always the key here, jumping into bonds prematurely will only lead to surface intimacy which is never going to be satisfying.

At 10:12pm (11:12am GMT) Mars shifts into Gate 1 ‘self expression’ bringing maturation and mutation to ‘the creative’ and here we see creation as a unique and primal force, as it brings the empowered energy potential to manifest individual inspiration and direction without limitation. This is the yangest of all the hexagrams, and is a powerful energy that demands attention as there is a deep need for recognition and to express individual creative identity. And this can be seen as a deeply creative energy based in empowered unique individual creative expression. The role of this sort of creativity is all about doing your own thing. Which may become an example of a new direction to others, if recognised as valuable, otherwise the drive to express one's unique knowing and individuality is not always appreciated.

Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.
