Today's planetary update

Time: 9:30am Aust. AEST / GMT +10hrs (note: this is Australian time, so if you are in another country check your time zones)

We begin today with the Sun and Earth still in the 3rd Lines of Gate/hexagrams 39 and 38, which I wrote about yesterday, and at 7:24pm they will move into the 4th Lines bringing an energy of friendliness that supports networking and opportunities. And ‘temperance' is in the air, and is fuel for making careful evaluations and assessments before taking any action. This is about honouring and empowering the value of feelings, knowings and instincts in establishing a proper timing for any action. Plus ‘investigation' is a theme today where analysis can empower knowing and strengthen opposition. This is where opposition can only be successfully dealt with through trust, knowing and being able to recognise who can be of value in times of struggle. The notself will ignore circumstances, aggressively opposing and provoking.

The Moon is moving through Gate 17 ‘opinions' bringing movement and focus to ‘following' and the ancient law that those who wish to rule must first know how to serve. This is an energy for organising solutions and concepts into logical opinions to be shared, just remember that these opinions are strictly theoretical until facts are collected to back them up. At 6:38pm she will shift into Gate 21 ‘the hunter/huntress', bringing the focus onto ‘biting through' with the justified and necessary use of power in overcoming deliberate and persistent interference. Material independence and support is a strong theme here, plus there is a need to be in control of money, food, territory and lifestyle, not just individually, but for the wellbeing of the community.

Observe the dance of the planets through the cosmos, feel how the energies shift and move, and don't identify with them, it's like the weather passing through, and your Strategy and Inner Authority is your umbrella in the storms of life.
