Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

There is a lot going on today, so lets get started, the day starts with the Sun and Earth on the very tail end of Gates/hexagrams 31 and 41, and then at 1:42pm (3:42am gmt) they will shift into the 1^st Lines of Gates 33 and 19 bringing a theme for investigating and researching to ensure that there is s secure foundation to move forward from. For the next 6 days the Sun is shining in ‘privacy' and ‘retreat', and this is where active withdrawal for sensing and reflection can transform a weak position into a strength that is ready for expression and sharing. And the Earth is grounding us in ‘wanting' and ‘approach' , where there is also support for the apparent interrelation and connection of all things which is manifested through the drive to approach those within the community.

And ‘avoidance' is in the air today, and here we recognise the abstract expression of wisdom when in a weak position to sense and recognise that survival demands complete withdrawal, leading to retreat for metamorphosis. All of which is based on reflecting on past shared experience and realising that this is a weak position within the collective.  Plus ‘interdependence' is grounding us, and this is the fuel for successfully approaching others, while not losing any individual character in looking for acceptance and support. This is the pressure of wanting to be recognised and to also connect with the community without losing one's identity when being accepted by others. The notself will be foolish, overwhelmed, pressured and feeling rejection.

The Moon is still moving through Gate 33 and then at 2:48pm (4:48am gmt) she will shift into Gate 7 meeting up with Venus in Gate 31 Defining the Throat and ‘G' Centres with the Channel of the alpha, a ‘design of leadership for good or bad'. And this brings movement, focus, values and worth into play in relation to recognising the logical expression of direction for the future, where self leadership comes through timing, love and identity and being able to understand the future patterns and trends, and in turn metamorphosise and explain them to others when invited to share and lead.

At 00:13am 1^st (14:13gmt 31^st) the 4^th Gate 'formulisation' bringing movement and focus to 'youthful folly' and the logical energy to beguile and succeed despite ignorance as this transit brings a freedom from retribution plus good fortune. There is also the potential to have an answer for any doubt, just be aware that the concepts and answers might only be a potential, and could be sheer foolishness instead of real understanding. It is clear that the most grounded path is based in logic, and to use logic, is to be able to recognise and substantiate things with fact, which protects from sharing misjudgement. This Gate brings a mental pressure of doubt and suspicion that can last a lifetime, and this is based in looking for some sort of logical awareness, which always requires a formula, and no matter what the answer appears to be, it is not necessarily a solution or a fact.

At 23:04pm (13:04gmt) there is a shift in the view of life as the lenses we see through move, with the North and South Nodes shifting into Gates 26 and 45 and as it’s a retrograde motion they start in the 6^th Line, bringing a theme to the view of looking out to the horizon for what is coming up next. And ‘authority’ is setting the stage, and here we see the recognition of the natural attainment of influence justified by the correction of actions. All of which is based in seeing the support of the embodiment of reason and purpose that passes the test of time. This is a strong ego whose wilful influence is justified by the correctness of its actions in the community. And ‘reconsideration’ is also a part of the stage life is being played out on, and here we see the expression of the outsider who can admit that its prior rejection was an error, resulting in generally being accepted back into the gathering. All of which is based in an innate empathy with supporting the outsider mentality and its eccentric and often misunderstood logic. This is the material ego direction which serves the outsiders action in the community. The notself view will identify with demanding that outsiders conform, with an authority that is purely symbolic and lacks influence.

At 4:51am 1^st (18:51gmt 31^st) Mars shifts into Gate 15 ‘extremes’ bringing maturation and mutation in relation to ‘modesty’ which is about a certain quality of logical behaviour which in and of itself can lead to finding love, direction and identity through expressing the proper balance between extremes. And modesty in the traditional sense is always a matter of understanding and balancing extremes, and is where all possible extremes are lived out, which could include being busy or not, eating late, then early, sleeping long and short, generally living out and wanting to share all sorts of extremes of rhythm.

At 2:01pm (4:01am gmt) Neptune retrogrades into the 6^th Line of Gate 30 ‘recognition of feelings’ and ‘the clinging fire’ where freedom is recognised as an illusion and limitation accepted as fate. This is bringing the veils of illusion to ‘enforcement’, which this is about recognising the discipline to maintain right action, based in the abstract assertiveness to purge the inferior while having the sense to accept leading the weak. There is also the experiential strength to eliminate negative feelings. The notself will abide the presence of inferior forces, for the sake of peace, lacking the strength to eliminate negative feelings.
