Today's planetary update

The Sun and Earth have now moved into the 1st Lines of Gates/hexagrams 33 and 19 bringing a theme of securing good foundations by doing thorough research and really digging into things. ‘Privacy', ‘retreat', ‘wanting' and ‘approach' are themes that are in play for the next 6 days, and this is where active withdrawal for sensing and reflection can transform a weak position into a strength that is ready for expression and sharing. There is also support for the apparent interrelation and connection of all things which is manifested through the drive to approach those within the community.

And ‘avoidance' is in the air today, which is about having the expression of wisdom when in a weak position to sense and recognise that survival demands complete withdrawal, leading to retreat for metamorphosis, when one realises that they are in a weak position within the collective. Plus ‘interdependence' is grounding us, and this is based in successfully approaching others and not losing any individual character in looking for acceptance and support. This is the pressure of wanting to connect with the community without losing one's identity when being accepted by others. The notself will be foolish, overwhelmed, pressured and feeling rejection.

The Moon is now conjunct Jupiter and Uranus in Gate 25 ‘the spirit of the self' bringing movement and focus to ‘innocence' and the perfection of individual action through an uncontrived and spontaneous nature. This is about maintaining empowered innocence despite circumstances and is the archetype of the spiritual warrior, the shamen/priestess, and the success of maintaining one's innocence is to love all of existence equally, whether it's a flower, a rock or a person. At 2:30pm the Moon will shift into Gate 17 ‘opinions' bringing the focus onto ‘following' and the ancient logical law that those who wish to rule must first know how to serve. This is the archetype of the student or teacher, organising formulas and understanding ready for expression and sharing, just remember that opinions require proof through logical testing before they can be called facts.

At 12:57pm today Venus shifts into Gate 6 meeting up with Mercury in Gate 59, Defining the Sacral and Solar Plexus Centres, a ‘design focused on reproduction'. This is a dynamic and powerful creative, responsive, generative and emotive energy, bringing an energy that supports all forms of intimacy and fertility. Which can be about anything from making babies to birthing new projects, it's all about supporting the longevity and survival of the community.

Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don't have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It's your life!
