Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

We begin the day with the Sun and Earth still moving through the 6^th Line theme of Gates/hexagrams 17 and 18, and then at 00:28am 31^st (13:28gmt 30^th) they will shift into the 1^st Lines of Gates 21 and 48, bringing a theme of investigating and researching to ensure that there is a solid foundation to build on. For the next 6 days the Sun will shine in ‘the hunter/huntress’ and ‘biting through’ which is about the justified and necessary use of power in overcoming deliberate and persistent interference. And the Earth will ground us in ‘depth’ and ‘the well’ where we recognise the necessary and qualitative foundation that is a prerequisite to establish the common good.

And ‘warning’ is in the air today, and this is where, when the use of wilful force is a last resort, it supports the fierceness to be respected without recourse to action. All of which is based in the will power and ego worth to ensure respect within the tribe, family or community. Plus ‘insignificance’ is grounding us, and this is about the instinctive knowing and recognition of what is logical and practical and deserves attention. All of which is based in a taste for aware understanding and recognising what is practical and deserves attention. The notself will lack willpower and be forced to ask for respect with an ego tendency to apply energy to trivial situations.

The Moon is still moving through Gate 13, and at 11:20am (00:20am gmt) she will shift into Gate 49 ‘principles’ bringing the focus onto ‘revolution’ within the community, and this is ideally about the transformation of forms based on and supported by the highest principles and not simply for power. There is also the emotionally fuelled possibility of either rejection or awareness in relation to having the right principles for the community, and there maybe even some ritualistic spirituality in the air. This is the Gate of revolution, which is a potential awareness to know what and whom is needed to support, maintain or restructure the community. Also as a part of supporting the tribe's success there is a sensitivity to interaction with animals, based in taming and breeding them.

At 10:36pm (11:36am gmt) the Moon shifts into conjunction with Neptune in Gate 30 ‘recognition of feeling’ bringing movement and focus to ‘the clinging fire’ where freedom is recognised as an abstract illusion and limitation accepted as fate. There is also a desire and thirst for destiny and a hunger for change through the potential of sensing emotional awareness and realisation. Also through the recognition of emotional potential and feeling comes the conceptual potential for change, all of which takes time and happens in a wave where the emotions move from high to low, back to high and so on. This is the Gate where we get to meet fate, and the yearning for change so as to escape pain and find hope, is a curse of the fates. Yet it is between these two highly energised emotions of hope and pain that the true potential for experiential emotional awareness lies, and this is the potential awareness to recognise a feeling and leave it’s outcome in the hands of the fates.

At 7:49am 31^st (20:49gmt 30^th) Mercury turns retrograde in the 4^th Line of Gate 42 bringing reviewed communication in relation to ‘the middleman’ which is the creative generative fuel for the quintessential manifestation of the mediator. All of which is based in the maturity and sense to bring abstract growth through responsive mediation. The notself will lack maturity and limit growth.  

At 3:16am 31^st (16:16gmt 30^th)Uranus moves into the 4^th Line of Gate 25 bringing a theme for sidetracking in relation to ‘survival’ and this about recognising the unique nature of true individuated innocence that can be maintained regardless of circumstances. Metaphorically this could be seen as the beauty of the rose in the garbage dump, maintaining the highest principles of love, direction and identity even amongst the greatest decadence. And archetypally this is the knowing spiritual warrior, where centred innocence is maintained regardless of circumstances.
