Today's planetary update

Time: 9:30am Aust. AEST / GMT +10hrs (note: this is Australian time, so if you are in another country check your time zones)

The Sun and Earth have now shifted into the 1st Lines of Gates/hexagrams 39 and 38, bringing and energy for digging into things and researching to make sure there is a stable foundation for moving into the future. ‘The provocateur' and ‘the fighter' are themes for the next 6 days, this is a very individualistic transit, bringing into play the value of ‘obstruction' in provoking analysis, assessment and re- evaluation. As well as highlighting the ability to preserve individual integrity through ‘opposition' to detrimental forces.

And ‘disengagement' is an empowering theme today based in having the knowing and determination that when confronted by some obstacles to withdraw before dealing with them. And even though only withdrawing temporarily, this in itself can be very provoking. Plus ‘qualification' is in the air, and this is about tempering the opposition based on individual circumstances, using a knowing or psychic attunement that guarantees proper action, resulting in knowing when and how to fight. The notself will be disempowered, indecisive, disengaged and be driven to fight as a general rule.

The Moon is moving through Gate 37 ‘friendship' bringing movement and focus to ‘the family' and the manifestation macro and micro cosmically of the organic nature of communities. This is a very emotional, friendly energy that ensures and supports that harmony is maintained within communities and families. At 10:13am she will shift into Gate 63 meeting up with Venus in Gate 4, Defining the Head and Ajna Centres with the Channel of Logic, a ‘design of mental ease mixed with doubt', bringing the focus onto the mental pressure to conceptualise inspiration for sharing. Plus there is the energy to question the logical validity of just about everything, trying to find logical answers in order to relieve doubts. And a lot of inspiration can result from the questioning and filtering of mental patterns. At 9:35pm the Moon will shift into Gate 22 ‘openness' bringing the focus onto ‘grace' as the empowering quality of individual behaviour best suited in handling mundane and trivial situations. There is a lot of pressure to express feelings and knowing, and this can be a moody transit, ranging from social grace to anti-social disgrace.

At 7:36pm Mercury will shift into Gate 53 ‘beginnings', bringing communication around ‘development' as an abstract yet structured progression that is both steadfast and enduring. This transit has a strong and constant pressure to start something new, regardless of the changes the new cycle may bring, and being stuck or bored can result from having to face same old situations.
