Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

Today we start out still in the 2^nd Line theme and then at 2:36pm (3:36am gmt) the Sun and Earth will move into the 3^rd Lines of Gates/hexagrams 38 and 39 bringing a theme for banging into all sorts of things, and through trial and error making materially beneficial discoveries. And ‘alliance’ is in the air today, and this is the fuel for the unique individual ability to sustain through integrating with similar forces, thus ensuring the vitality to persevere. All of which is based in having the knowing and energy to integrate with others in times of struggle in the now. Plus ‘responsibility’ is grounding us, and this is a fuel for the avoidance of confronting individual obstacles if failure puts others at risk. Here we get to see the great knowing benefic whose first consideration in the now is for the larger framework, all of which is based in the unique energy to provoke through self sacrifice. The notself will align for selfish reasons sapping the energy of their partners, provoking others through a failure to make sacrifices.  

The Moon is still moving through Gate 5 and at 6:53pm (7:53am gmt) she will shift into conjunction with Mercury in Gate 26 ‘the egoist’ bringing movement and focus onto ‘the taming power of the great’ which is about supporting the maximisation of the power of memory so that it can be recognised and applied to the nurturing of manifestation and continuity within the community. This is the Gate of the trickster where will and memory can be manipulated, where based on the dualistic nature of life can result in great lies or great truths, or this could be the archetypal sales or public relations person, who could sell ice to Eskimos. A saying that could exemplify this Gate is ‘fools are liars and prophets too, for they can never know if what they say is true. They just have to wait and see.’ This transit's dualism clearly shows up in the sense that from the mouth of the great liar can also come the great truth.  And yes the Heart Centre is not aware, it is pure will powered energy, and the manipulation of memory is inborn and mechanical.

At 5:08am 3^rd (18:08gmt 2^nd) the Moon shifts into Gate 11 ‘ideas’ bringing movement and focus onto ‘peace’ which can be sensed as a harmonic and abstract condition both in individuals and society as a whole, and this peace permits for reflection and assessment before renewed action. Also in play is the possibility that emerges through the process of conceptualising, recognising and realising, which can be a difficult process as visual conceptual memory needs to be turned into language before it can be articulated and shared. Also this Gate sees only an aspect of the whole in the now, yet over time it takes in the entire picture, leading to awareness and ideas, just remember that ideas are not facts, they are just possibilities. One of the important aspects of this transit is to see how the process of making sense out of something does not stop at realisation, but is looking for a way to express its mental awareness, which it does through using an idea as a tool to express what has been sensed. Also there can be a lot of mental frustration when ideas do not turn into realities, but by design the fulfilment of an idea is purely in its expression, not action, ideas are not a prescription for action, they are stimulation for reflection.

At 10:18am 2^nd (23:18 1^st) Venus shifts into Gate 14 ‘power skills’ bringing values and worth into play in relation to ‘possession in great measure’, and here we see the creative generation, accumulation and retention of individual power through skilled interaction, coupling unique grace with control. This is an extremely fertile life force energy, bringing the power and energy for finding individual empowered direction, and the quality of the generative fuel determines the quality of direction. Here we get to see the generative fuel that powers the Tantra of empowering the Self, and the main drive here is to find direction, as real creative potential lies in loving the work that you do. This Gate also brings the skills and commitment to drive new projects and creative endeavours out into the world, and yes this involves work, but it is a labour of love, and wealth can arise from sustained creative work.
