Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

Today starts out with the Sun and Earth still moving through the 4^th Lines of Gates/hexagrams 52 and 58 and then at 3:08am 30^th (17:08gmt 29^th) they will move into the 5^th Lines bringing a theme for bringing practical solutions to those people who are looking for those who need them. And ‘explanation’ is in the air today, and this is the logical response in times of inaction, that fuels the often important ability to explain ones position. All of which is based in the often terse but exceedingly accurate statement. This is where pressure for inaction and focus can lead to understanding and future detail. Plus ‘defense’ is grounding us today, and here we recognise the natural and practical instinct to logically protect oneself regardless of temptations. All of which is based in understanding the fuel for tasteful self defense regardless of stimulations. The notself will lose focus in convolution, and be misunderstood which leads to unpredictable circumstances, plus the best defense will be a good offence.

The Moon is still moving through Gate 16, and then at 3:39pm (5:39am gmt) she will shift into Gate 35 ‘change’ bringing movement and focus to abstract ‘progress’ where by design, progress cannot exist in a vacuum and is dependent on sensing and interaction. This is the manifestation of cyclical experiential energy, which always requires beginnings middles and ends, and this transit is all about satiating that appetite for change. If this had an archetype it would be the ‘jack of all trades’ who can also attain mastery, which is manifested through being experientially talented. If this gate had a voice it would say ‘I feel it’s time for a change’ so is always on the lookout for the next experience. This transit can also bring a lot of expectations into play, and being goal oriented will only lead to disappointment, as this is a Gate of the ‘wheel’ continually turning.

At 2:13am 30^th (16:13gmt 29^th) the Moon shifts into Gate 45 ‘the gatherer’ bringing movement and focus to ‘gathering together’ which is all about naturally attracting generally beneficial like forces that will support manifestation and expression. This is the Gate of hierarchical dominance, and can be seen as the archetype of the king or queen, the empress or emperor, the autocratic tribal leader, who is busy looking after the welfare of the community. If this Gate had a voice it would say ‘I have’ or ‘we have’, and is an expression of the material wellbeing of the community, benevolently sharing materially with the community.

At 2:47(4:47am gmt) Mars shifts into Gate 16 meeting up with Saturn in Gate 48 Defining the Spleen and Throat Centres with the Channel of the wavelength, a ‘design of talent’, bringing maturation and mutation to learning in relation to the logical expression of taste, talent, skill, depth and awareness. And here we get to see how talent is earned through waiting for that one thing that you can give yourself to totally, this is about loving whatever it is enough to become totally absorbed in constant repetition and gradual improvement, until mastery is attained. Through this process the technique can eventually be transcended, becoming an art.
