Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

We begin today with the Sun and Earth still moving through the 3^rd Lines of Gates/hexagrams 52 and 58 and then at 3:32am 29^th (17:32gmt 28^th) they will move into the 4^th Lines bringing a theme for enjoying some networking and connecting with friends, seeing what opportunities show up. And ‘self discipline’ is in the air today, and this is the fuel for perfected logical self discipline and restraint that deals easily and wisely with impulsive temptations. All of which is based in the generative pressure and energy for restraint which understands and recognises the value of stillness and focus for the future. Plus ‘focusing’ is grounding us, and here we recognise a natural specialisation that when confronted with a multiplicity of stimulations will have no difficulty in logically focussing on the appropriate tasteful influence. All of which is based in the energy to fuel understanding and recognition of which pressure and stimulation is of future value. The notself will be doubtful and restless in the face of restraint, impressionable and confused, becoming unstable when overstimulated.

The Moon is still moving through Gate 8 and then at 6:12pm (8:12am gmt) she will shift into Gate 20 ‘the now’ bringing movement and focus to ‘contemplation’ and this is about the recognition and expression of unique individual awareness in the now, which in turn transforms understanding into right action. This is all about seeing life in the present moment, life has to be now! It’s being totally absorbed in knowing in the present moment, instantaneously speaking, acting or becoming clear. There can also be melancholy over the world as it is now, with a deep need to care for oneself first.

At 4:58am 29^th (18:58gmt 28^th) the Moon shifts into Gate 16 meeting up with Saturn in Gate 48 Defining the Spleen and Throat Centres with the Channel of the wavelength, a ‘design of talent’, bringing movement and focus to learning in relation to the logical expression of taste, talent, skill, depth and awareness. And here we get to see how talent is earned through waiting for that one thing that you can give yourself to totally, this is about loving whatever it is enough to become totally absorbed in constant repetition and gradual improvement, until mastery is attained. Through this process the technique can eventually be transcended, becoming an art.

At 1:35pm (3:35am gmt) Mars shifts into conjunction with the South Node in Gate 12 ‘caution’ bringing maturation and mutation to the view of individual ‘standstill’ which is about the empowering quality that restraint can bring to life. This brings into play a knowing that is often experienced through allowing time for meditation and inaction when confronting temptation. And this Gate is specifically about the empowerment that comes through not doing, it is also a Gate of social caution as it has an innate wariness of the collective. This is also a transit where aloneness is accepted and expressed in its own unique way, and if it had a voice it would say ‘I try’ or ‘I won't try’, there is always going to be a maybe with this transit, depending on the mood and the spirit.
