Today's planetary update

Date: 27th April 2010

Time: 9:30am Aust. AEST / GMT +10hrs(note: this is Australian time, so if you are in another country check your time zones)

We begin today with the Sun and Earth still in the 5th lines of Gates/hexagrams 27 and 28 which I wrote about in yesterday's blog, then at 11:12am they will move into the 6th Line bringing an energy of being aloof and observing what others are up to, so that when the time is right all is ready to take a leap forward. And wariness is in the air, which manifests as a practical and realistic approach to nurturing, and the appropriateness of this is guided by feelings and instinct. This is about giving power and strength to being realistic about caring and nurturing capacities, which in turn is a protection against an abuse of generosity. Plus there is a strong drive for regeneration and renewal no matter what the price. This is a deep and intuitive drive to win, no matter what the cost, which could end in sacrifice rather than capitulation to the law of deterioration, going out in a blaze of glory. The notself will be oversuspicious, limiting caring, hopeless and self destructive.

The Moon is in Gate 57, meeting up with Venus in Gate 20, Defining the Spleen and Throat Centres with the Channel of the Brainwave, a ‘Design of Penetrating Awareness', bringing a focus onto our standards and values around intuitive communication, which can bring incredible gifts when the timing is right, leading to fast adaptation and easy improvisation. Then at 4:53pm the Moon will shift into Gate 32 ‘continuity', bringing a focus onto duration and the truth that the only thing which endures is change. And this is about healthy change, where circumstances are adapted to easily and impermanence is faced calmly, leading to potential awareness for instinctive adaptation in the now, all without losing continuity.

Mercury has now retrograded into the 2nd Line of Gate 24, bringing reviewed communication around recognition and the proper and spontaneous adaption when new forms show up. And there is also a potential gift for conceptualising spontaneously. The notself will be vain, taking personal credit for transformation that is a natural or socially supported phenomenon.

The view is all about hope and possibilities, seeing all sorts of speculations and dreams being hypothesised about, and there is tension and provocation to find spirit and purpose from it. So remember it's just the view, nothing to do but sit back, and watch and enjoy it. And with the Root, Spleen and Throat Centre Definition there will be a strong pressure to act or be spontaneous today, and if it is not the correct action it could be risky and will only bring dissatisfaction.

This is planetary weather, it's passing through, let your Strategy and Inner Authority lead the way to your own unique experience of life.
