Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

We begin our day with the Sun and Earth in the 3^rd Lines of Gates/hexagrams 59 and 55 and then at 10:28pm (12:28gmt) they will move into the 4^th Lines bringing a theme of friendly networking which may bring opportunities. And ‘brotherhood/sisterhood’ is in the air, and this is fuel for the dropping of barriers to creative union that supports and establishes a more universal union in the community. All of which is based on the generative power derived from responding to non sexual intimacy. Plus ‘assimilation’ is grounding us, and here we recognise the establishment of a unique framework that balances individual principles with energy and leads inevitably to empowerment, expansion and prosperity. This also brings recognition of the possible spirit that comes when emotional awareness potential, knowing and energy are balanced and principled. The notself will be stuck in ideas never taking action, unrestrained and ignoring awareness at the risk of the spirit.

The Moon is still shifting through Gate 53 and at 10:04am (00:04am gmt) she shifts into Gate 62 ‘detail’ bringing movement and focus to ‘preponderance of the small’, which is all about expressing logical caution, patience and detail to produce understanding and excellence out of limitation. If this Gate had a voice it would say ‘I think’, which is based in being able to communicate and share concepts from a mechanical capacity for detail. This is where opinions can manifest as words, and things can be given their names, solidifying their existence in the Maia, which aids the collective in understanding the world, as without names, there can be no understanding or sharing, this is the Gate of the development of language which is the common ground for sharing of the human experience.

At 7:54pm (9:54am gmt) the Moon shifts into Gate 56 ‘stimulation’ bringing movement and focus to ‘the wanderer’ and this is where we get to sense and see how stability comes through the recognition and expression of movement. Here we have the perpetuation of abstract continuity through the linking of short term activity based on past reflection. This is an abstract metamorphic expression and if it had a voice this Gate would say ‘I believe’ and is all about making sense of and translating the human experience into language so that it can be shared, I often wonder if Martin Luther King had this Gate? Here we see the abstract expression of ideas, and ideas are never facts, and cannot be substantiated by a formula, the idea is never a solution, but always the journey. This is a pure mental awareness that has nothing to do with action, it is purely about recognising, making sense of, and translating human experience into language, and once the idea is expressed verbally it is the end of the process.

At 5:36am 27^th (19:36gmt 26^th) The Moon shifts into Gate 31 meeting up with Mercury in Gate 7 Defining the Throat and ‘G' Centres with the Channel of the alpha, a ‘design of leadership for good or bad'. And this brings movement, focus, values and worth into play in relation to recognising the logical expression of direction for the future, where self leadership comes through timing, love and identity and being able to understand the future patterns and trends, and in turn metamorphosise and explain them to others when invited to share and lead.

At 2:15am 27^th (16:15gmt 26^th) the North and South Nodes move into the 4^th Lines of Gate 26 and 45 bringing a change to the view of seeing opportunities arriving through friends and networks. And ‘impact’ is in this view, and here we can see the creative generative ability which once recognised, can move rapidly from a position of abstract obscurity to influence. All of which is based in seeing sense and good luck which comes from being determined that eventually, through love direction and identity, one ends up in the right place at the right time which leads to recognition for past endeavours. And ‘survival’ is also in the view, and this is about seeing the unique nature of true individual innocence, love, direction and identity that can be maintained regardless of circumstances. For example, this could be akin to the beauty of the rose in the garbage dump, centred in the highest principles, even amongst the greatest decadence. All of which is based in the archetype of the spiritual warrior, where a knowing kind of innocence is maintained in the now, regardless of circumstances. The notself will try to be so determined in success that it will ignore those who helped create it, biting the hand that feeds it, identify and being the view, instead of just seeing it.

At 8:04am 27^th (22:04gmt 26^th) Mercury completes it latest retrograde and begins to slowly move forward in the 6^th Line of Gate 7, going over ground it has already covered twice, so we get to review our communication process once more, beginning with ‘the administrator’,  which is about the understanding and ability to logically and justly apportion power. This also recognises and highlights the capacity when in a role of power to be able to understand and communicate the direction and frameworks of shared responsibility in aid of future love, direction and identity.

At 11:37pm (13:37gmt) Venus shifts into Gate 40 ‘aloneness’ bringing values and worth into play in relation to ‘deliverance’ which can be recognised as support for the point of transition between struggle and liberation. This transit highlights willpower and brings social caution and a real liking for being alone, and this can show up as being happily alone, even in a crowded room. The actress Greta Garbo might have had this Gate, famously saying “I just want to be alone”. Having a good balance of work and rest is also important for this Gate as it brings the ability to work hard for the right reasons, and then needs to rest well to be ready for what comes next. Healthy boundaries are also required here so as not to over extend when it comes to supporting the tribe and community.

At 7:48pm (9:48am gmt) Mars shifts into Gate 53 ‘beginnings’ bringing maturation and mutation to ‘development’, and here we get to see abstract development as a structured progression that is both steadfast and enduring. This is the fuel for steadfastness and the maturation process, and is all about transition and change making sense, so that everything is ready to start a new cycle regardless of the changes that will bring. This transit brings a pressure to continually seek and share new beginnings, which always requires patience. The best way to deal with fluctuations in the intensity of the pressure to start something new is to wait and see, and boredom can set in quite quickly if forced to face the same old situations.
