Today's planetary update

Time: 9:30am Aust. AEST / GMT +10hrs (note: this is Australian time, so if you are in another country check your time zones)

We begin our Sunday still in the 6th Lines of Gates/hexagrams 56 and 60 (details in yesterday's blog), at 10:38am the Sun and Earth will shift into the 1st Lines of 31 and 41 bringing an energy for establishing secure foundations through doing good research. And there is a focus on the logical expression of ‘leading' which involves ‘influence' through the understanding of the law of friction, whether active or passive, which engenders transference and thus influence and sharing. Also ‘contraction' is a theme, where sensing ‘decrease' and the abstract limitation of resources fuels and maximises the development of potential and sharing. The Earth in Gate 41 is also meeting up with Neptune in Gate 30 Defining the Root and Solar Plexus Centres with the Channel of Recognition, a ‘design of focused energy and feelings'. This is a powerful emotional drive that fuels dreams and the desire to experience all kinds of feelings. The key is to enjoy the dreams without any expectation of what they may bring.

‘Manifestation' is in the air today, where logical influence cannot exist within a vacuum, and can be seen as naturally expressing leadership and shining a light onto life that makes it unable to hold back sharing its influence. Plus ‘reasonableness' is grounding us by sensing the appropriate delegation of responsibility which comes about through using the imagination to make the very best out of very little. There is also an abstract coolness here, where the energy to release feelings is selective. The notself will try to express leadership unnaturally and be a hothead.

The Moon is moving through Gate 54 ‘ambition' bringing movement and focus to ‘the marrying maiden' with community interaction in its mundane social context but also in support of mystical and cosmic relationships. This is the archetype of the concubine who became empress of all China, so it is all about embodying ambition and moving up the ladder. At 11:16am she will shift into Gate 61 ‘mystery' bringing the focus onto empowered ‘inner truth' and the awareness of universal underlying principles. This is a mental pressure to resolve individual mystery, which fuels unique inspiration, and also trying to resolve the pressure of the unknown and knowable. Then at 10:25pm she will shift into Gate 60 ‘acceptance' bringing the focus onto the acceptance of ‘limitation' as the first step in empowering individual transcendence. And this energy of limitation is actually a pulsing pressure to mutate, bringing experimental knowings that can in turn develop and mutate into something that may or may not be of benefit to the whole.

Observe the dance of the planets through the cosmos, feel how the energies shift and move, and don't identify with them, it's like the weather passing through, and your Strategy and Inner Authority is your umbrella in the storms of life.
