Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

We begin Christmas day with the Sun and Earth still moving through the 5th Lines of Gates/hexagrams 10 and 15, and at 1:42pm (2:42am gmt) they will move into the 6th Lines bringing a theme of resting and recuperating while gazing off into the future, just be careful you don’t miss what you already have at your feet. And ‘the role model’ is in the air, and this is about perfect expression of the norms through unique, individual actions rather than words, and could be seen as someone who is a self empowered constant example that refocuses the complacent on the basic integrity of set behaviour. All of which is based in the centred knowing and enduring value of the expression the love, direction and identity of the self through actions rather than words. Plus ‘self defence’ is grounding us, and here we get to see logical creative generative modesty that is never confused with weakness, and is based in constant re-examination so as to weed out the weakest aspect. This is the power of the self that comes by finding shared understanding through exploring the extremes of love, direction and identity, so as to find the weakest point ready for the future. The notself will be the hypocrite, do as I say, not as I do, using harmony as weapon in problem situations instead of dealing the root cause.

The Moon is still shifting through Gate 58 and at 4:50pm (5:50am gmt) she will shift into Gate 38 ‘the fighter’ bringing movement and focus to ‘opposition’, and this is about the empowered ability to recognise and preserve individual integrity through opposition to detrimental forces. And here we get to see a powerful pressure and fuel that is at its best when up against the odds, fighting in order to establish a sense of value and unique purpose in life. This Gate loves a good fight, and is always ready to stand up for independence and uniqueness, driven by a deep need to feel a sense of carefreeness in life, and if life is not empowered with a real sense of knowing and value depression can set in. This is also about being stubborn, which is a result of not being here to be influenced by others. 

At 2:26am 26th (15:26gmt 25th) she will shift into Gate 54 ‘ambition’ bringing the focus onto ‘the marrying maiden’, supporting and recognising interaction in its mundane social context as well as in mystical and cosmic relationships. This is the archetype of the concubine who becomes empress, embodied in the idea of rising up through the hierarchy of the community, of moving up the ladder, this is the fuel of being driven. And this is a very ambitious transit, which is never a mundane thing, as it is only when the instincts to operate on the mundane plane have been mastered is transformation possible, this is the drive to transform and become something more.

At 3:42pm (4:42am gmt) Mercury shifts into conjunction with the North Node in Gate 5 Meeting up for a short time with the Earth in Gate 15 continuing the Definition of the Sacral and ‘G' Centres with the Channel of Rhythm, a ‘design of being in the flow', bringing communication in relation to the view of this a logical generative life force energy for sharing love, identity and direction. This brings an understanding of being in the flow and everything being effortless, through being in harmony with the life force of creation itself. Here we get to see very magnetic responsive energy that aligns us to the deeper creative patterns of life, that fuels its natural tempo and rhythm to move into the future.

At 9:09am 26th (22:09gmt 25th) Jupiter  completes retrograding and goes direct in the 5th Line of Gate 3 bringing a theme for being able to influence people with practical solutions in relation to rules and laws. And ‘victimisation’ is in the air today, and here we see the creative generative fuel for dealing with what happens when actions designed to overcome confusion end up alienating others. All of which is based in the unique and individual responsive courage to stand by ones own knowing and convictions, as this is the unique energy of individuality to withstand confusion in the now. The notself will be confused and feel victimised by the ordering power of others
