Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

Well it’s Christmas day and if that is something that you celebrate I wish you all the joy in the world. We begin the day still moving through the 6^th Line theme of Gates 10 and 15 and then at 5:59am 26^th (18:59gmt 25^th) the Sun and the Earth shift into the 1^st Lines of Gates/hexagrams 58 and 52, bringing a theme for investigating and digging into things the ensure a secure foundation for the future. For the next 6 days the Sun is shining in ‘aliveness’ and ‘the joyous’, where stimulation is the key to joy. And the Earth is grounding us in ‘inaction’ and ‘keeping still mountain’ the temporary and self imposed action for the benefit of assessment.

And ‘love of life’ is in the air today, and this is about the fuel for the very stimulation of the world as the basis for the aesthetic appreciation of its beauty and the wonder of life. Whether alone or shared with others this profound inner realisation and understanding is the key for a joyous harmony with the logical process of being, as this is the energy which fuels the love of life. Plus ‘think before you speak’ is what is grounding us, and here we get to see the pressure to pause that is so profound that it logically leads to silence and understanding, all of which is based in the pacification of energy that leads to shared stillness. The notself will be moody, limiting joy to intermittent cycles, speaking hastily and living with the consequences.

The Moon is still moving through Gate 4 and at 5:02pm (6:02am gmt) she will shift into Gate 29 ‘saying yes’ bringing movement and focus to ‘the abysmal’ which can be seen as the deep within the deep, where persistence despite difficulties has it’s inevitable rewards, which comes through reflection and making sense out of it all. This is the Tantric energy to empower the determination of the self and is the Gate of the generative yes, and fuels perseverance despite circumstances, and if not careful can result in loading up on piles of commitments and responsibilities so that there is something to persevere about. The trick here is to only ever say yes to what is correct, and the secret is waiting, this is a cyclical energy and what is committed to one day, may no longer be of interest the next.

At 2:28am 26^th (15:28gmt 25^th) the Moon shifts into Gate 59 ‘sexuality’ bringing movement and focus to ‘dispersion’, and this is the generative life force that supports the ability to break down barriers to achieve union. Here is also the fuel for expressed sexuality and/or creativity, and being able to break down barriers through response, so as to bring something new to the community. There is also a desire for intimacy which can manifest as anything from shyness, brotherhood/sisterhood, the femme fatale/Casanova, to the one night stand and a few others in between. Waiting is always the key here, jumping into bonds prematurely will only lead to surface intimacy which is never going to be satisfying.
