Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. The day starts out still in the 5^th Line themes, and then at 1:13am on the 25^th (14:13 GMT on the 24^th) the Sun and Earth move into the 6^th Lines of Gate/hexagrams 50 and 3 bringing an energy for resting and recuperating ready for the next round. And ‘leadership’ is in the air today, and this is about having the gift of instinctive awareness that even when in a position of power will always be able to support and maintain harmony even in severity. This is based in having the strength to maintain and defend instinctive values with vigour and at the same time to have harmonic relationships with others. Plus ‘surrender’ is grounding us, and this is about the ultimate individual maturity to recognise when struggle is futile, which is based in the empowered innate knowing and acceptance that the unique ordering of life is a creative generative process, not a problem. This could even be seen as the knowing that where light sustains, so life goes on. The notself will be inherently moody, alienating and offending, overwhelmed by darkness and a sense of hopelessness.

The Moon is still in Gate 24 and at 3:03pm (4:03am GMT) she will shift into Gate 2 ‘higher knowing’ bringing the focus onto ‘the receptive’ which is all about individual receptivity being a primal base through which any unique response is determined, and is the root of empowered action through love, identity and direction. This is the most yin or receptive of all the hexagrams and is the archetype of what the ancients would have referred to as the higher self, and is all about direction, not awareness, yes, the gods do love a joke, in that the Centre of the self is unaware, it is just doing what it does, holding us together in the illusion of our separateness and giving us our own unique direction and in turn is filled with the knowing and potential to continue evolving through direction.

At 1:46am on the 25^th (14:46 GMT on the 24^th) the Moon shifts into Gate 23 ‘assimilation’ bringing movement and focus to ‘splitting apart’ and this all about individual amorality, based in having the knowing, awareness and understanding which leads to recognition and acceptance of uniqueness and diversity. The very fact that an insight is unique and individual requires that it be metamorphosed in order to be able to communicate it’s essence to the collective, as for any insight to be recognised as empowering and truly of value to others, it has to be successfully expressed. This Gate is also about eliminating intolerance, as in an intolerant world it is hard for the unique individual to survive.

Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.
