Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

We begin the day still in the earlier stages of the 5^th Lines of Gates/hexagrams 15 and 10, and then at 5:12am 25^th (19:12gmt 24^th) the Sun and Earth will shift into the 6^th Lines bringing a theme for aloofly gazing off toward the horizon, while resting and recuperating ready for the next cycle. And ‘self defense’ is in the air today, and this is about understanding that generative modesty is never to be confused for a weakness. All of which is based in constant logical re-examination of love, direction and identity to weed out the weakest aspects. This is the power of the self in looking to the future and exploring the extremes to find the weakest point. Plus ‘the role model’ is grounding us, and here we recognise the perfect and unique individual expression of the norms of love, direction and identity that comes through actions rather than words. All of which is based in the constant example of empowerment that refocuses the complacent on the basic integrity of set behaviour in the now. As this is the enduring value of the expression of the knowing self through individuated centred action rather than words. The notself will ignore the weakest point, using harmony as a weapon, instead of dealing with the root causes, plus it will be hypocritical with a 'do as I say, not as I do' attitude.

The Moon is still moving through Gate 17 and the at 1:35pm (3:35am gmt) she shifts into Gate 21 ‘the hunter/huntress’ bringing movement and focus to the will and ‘biting through’, and this is where we could see the justified and necessary use of power in overcoming deliberate and persistent interference in the community. This is the ego fuel that supports the power for life on the material plane, and demands to be in control of food, clothing and shelter. This Gate hates to have anyone looking over its shoulder, the hunter/huntress has the ego drive to dominate, and if it had a voice it would say ‘I control’ as when in a situation where it has no control, it’s power can never be fulfilled. This is where control supports and brings fulfilment, and if not in control of how a living is earned, success is always far away.

At 00:57am 25^th (14:57gmt 24^th) the Moon shifts into Gate 51‘shock’ bringing movement and focus to ‘the arousing’ and this is where we see in action the unique ability to be able to respond to disorder and shock through recognition, adaptation and the maintaining of individual centring. This is the Gate of self empowered individual initiative and fully embodies the will power to compete, which is based in a certain knowing plus a strong ego drive that can lead to either courage or folly, and there is always going to be some sort of shocks involved, resulting in a potential for wounding. Also this competitive drive even though not being an awareness as such, does bring a competitive drive that in turn brings a unique centring to our evolutionary process, and also brings empowerment to love in its many forms.

At 12:00 noon (2:00am gmt) Mercury shifts into Gate 53 ‘beginnings’ which brings communication in relation to ‘development’, and here we get to see abstract development as a structured progression that is both steadfast and enduring. This is the fuel for steadfastness and the maturation process, and is all about transition and change making sense, so that everything is ready to start a new cycle regardless of the changes that will bring. This transit brings a pressure to continually seek and share new beginnings, which always requires patience. The best way to deal with fluctuations in the intensity of the pressure to start something new is to wait and see, and boredom can set in quite quickly if forced to face the same old situations.
