Today's planetary update

Time: 9:30am Aust. AEST / GMT +10hrs (note: this is Australian time, so if you are in another country check your time zones)

Today starts out still with the Sun and Earth in the 5th Lines of Gates/hexagrams 56 and 60 and at 11:04am they will shift into the 6th Lines bringing an energy for resting and taking it easy, observing what is coming, but not getting lost in it at the expense of what you already have. And ‘caution' is in the air today, based in having the sense and prudence, when linking of activities has been achieved, to honour those new commitments in order to secure their footing, ready for sharing. Also honesty in expression, and living by ones word are strong themes. Plus ‘rigidity' is grounding us today, with the intuitive intellect and knowing to recognise when absolute rigidity is essential, and can be tempered with innovative and empowering applications that lessen its severity. This is a unique fixed energy that is unusual in its capacity for restraint. The notself will be unrecognised, rejected, dogmatically principled and coldly brutal.

The Moon is in Gate 58 ‘aliveness' bringing movement and focus to ‘the joyous' where logical stimulation is the key to joy. And this is the fuel for taste, both actual and metaphoric and it brings a certain understanding and vitality as this is literally the zest for life, looking for ways to create a better life, to share with the collective. At 1:08pm she will shift into conjunction with the North Node in Gate 38 ‘the fighter' bringing the focus onto ‘opposition' and the ability to be empowered enough to preserve individual integrity through opposition to detrimental forces. This is also the pressure and fuel to fight for what is unique, and to find what in life is of real value.

At 10:32am Mercury will shift into Gate 29 meeting up with Saturn in Gate 46 defining the Sacral and ‘G' Centres with the Channel of Discovery, a ‘design of succeeding where others fail' bring communication in relation to generative life force and love, direction and identity. And here the key to success is to find that thing that is really right for you, and to then totally abandon yourself to it, without any sense of expectation. This is the need to fully commit to something, as when only half committed, nothing is learned or shared.

Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don't have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It's your life!
