Today's planetary update

Today we continue with the Sun and Earth in the 2nd Lines of Gates/hexagrams 27 and 28, and then at 1:51pm they will shift into the 3rd Lines, bringing an energy for speaking from experience about what is true, which can lead to martyrdom from those who prefer the lie. And greed is in the air from a psychological point of view, which manifests as obsession and dependency on knowing what is hidden, a bit like the secret agent or detective. This can also be about the power derived through having more than one needs, whether that is sexually, mentally or materially, ending in obsession with having much more than one needs. Plus unfounded risk taking is a theme, driven by the need for adventure, which is really not so risky as it is all tempered by a basic conservatism. And this conservatism leads to acting prudently even when being adventurous, knowing to use intuitive caution around taking risks, especially in times of struggle. The notself will be lusting for power, fall into addictive behaviour, rationalising risk and ensuring failure.

The Moon is in Gate 59 ‘sexuality', bringing the focus onto dispersion and the ability to break down barriers to achieve union. There is a strong energy for intimacy, which can be physical, sexual, emotional or mental, and this is a very dynamic fertile and creative energy, which can manifest as children or projects. At 2:00pm she moves into Gate 40 ‘aloneness', bringing the focus onto deliverance and the point of transition between struggle and liberation. There is social caution in the air, looking for ego awareness, and more often than not only finding ego will, which is a necessary support mechanism in our communities. Then at 11:23pm she moves into Gate 64 ‘confusion', bringing the focus onto seeing how before completion there needs to be transition, which like birth requires a determined strength for the passage through. There can be a lot of mental activity with this transit, and the confusion created by this, which is not a negative, it is simply being busy with a lot of mental data, most of which is superfluous, and filtering it in such a way that through reflection the mental pressure is relieved .
