Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

It’s the spring/autumn equinox today at 7:09pm (9:04am gmt) as the Sun marks the turning of the seasons with the perfect Yin Yang balance of day and night.

We begin our day with the Sun and Earth still moving through the 2^nd Line themes of Gates/Hexagrams 46 and 25 and then at 10:10pm (12:10gmt) they will shift into the 3^rd Lines bringing a theme of trial and error and experimentation, that can lead to discoveries in relation to the mastery of the material plane. And ‘projection’ is in the air today, and this is about having sense and a practical approach to good fortune, which maintains the same patterns and attitudes that initially brought the success. And through abstract experience and past reflection comes the sense not to go off getting sidetracked by indulging in further expectations. Here we get to see the determination to stay with the love, direction and identity that experience has shown brings success. Plus ‘sensibility’ is grounding us today, and here we get to see the empowered recognition that innocent unique action does not in and of itself always guarantee success. This is about the love and power of the individual ego to be centred and withstand failure while still maintain its identity or nature, based in having knowing combined with the power of the spirit that leads to withstanding failure and shock in the now. The notself will have unjustified egoism, losing momentum and support, as well as losing innocence and spirit through misfortune, failure and shock.

The Moon is still moving through Gate 56 and then at 3:27pm (5:27am gmt) she will shift into Gate 31 ’leading’ bringing movement and focus to ‘influence’ which is based in the logical law of friction, whether active or passive, this friction engenders transference and thus influence, understanding and sharing. And if this Gate had a voice it would say ‘I lead’, as it is always looking for ways to manifest future influence, and it will always have to wait for someone to recognise this, as this Gate has no access to any primary energy for action to be able to back itself up, so will often end up making purely verbal claims. This is the recognised democratic elected leader, a true representative of the people, who logically understands trends and patterns and is able to present and express them in such a way that everyone can understand and follow.

At 1:15am 24^th (15:15gmt 23^rd) the Moon shifts into Gate 33 ‘privacy’ bringing movement and focus to ‘retreat’ which is about active withdrawal for reflection that can transform a weak position into a strength. And if this Throat Centre Gate had a voice it would say ‘I remember’, and is the voice of the abstract witness that could be likened to the prodigal child, who leaves home, giving up their birthright to wander and learn and then returns home many years later much the wiser and is accepted back into the fold so that the wisdom they have garnered during their experience can be expressed and shared through remembrance bringing them recognition. Here we see the need of regular time alone to reflect on the past, so that the past experiences can be processed and made sense of.
