Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

We begin the day on the tail end of the 4^th Line theme, and then at 10:43am 23^rd (23:43gmt 22^nd) the Sun and Earth move into the 5^th Lines of Gates/hexagrams 25 and 46, bringing a theme for bringing practical solutions to those who need them, and if they are not practical and the projection is not fulfilled, well someone could be the heretic burned at the stake. And ‘recuperation’ is in the air today, and this is about recognising that when innocence is sapped of its knowing and vitality, individual healing is the first priority. All of which is based in the ability to recognise the unique inner meaning of an affliction and to withdraw until it is healed, tapping into the love, direction, identity and power of the centred spirit to heal and be healed. Plus ‘pacing’ is grounding us, and this is about the maintenance of a proper creative generative rhythm that in its instinctive practicality avoids radical divergence from past successful patterns. All of which is based in the abstract determination to stay with the experiential rhythm which brings success through love, identity and direction. The notself will be the hypochondriac requiring healing from others because of weakness of spirit, irrationally rejecting the very patterns that have proven successful.

At 9:24am 24^th (22:24gmt 23^rd) the Sun and Earth move into the 6^th Lines of Gates 25 and 46, bringing a theme for aloofly gazing out to the horizon, while resting and recuperating from the cycle. And ‘ignorance’ is in the air, and here we recognise false innocence and knowing betrayed by past actions. All of which is based in inappropriate individual action being censured, and unique innocence and centring is lost through inappropriate action in the now in relation to love, direction and/or identity. Plus ‘integrity’ is grounding us, and this is about the creative generative wisdom to secure ones identity through careful consideration and sensing of the restrictive potential of commitments. All of which is based in the experiential determination to say no to restrictive commitments around love, direction and identity. The notself will suffer a broken spirit in times of challenge through constant inappropriate action, deceiving oneself and others by over extending resources and will end up breaking promises.

The moon is still moving through Gate 1 and at 1:03pm (2:03am gmt) she will shift into Gate 43 ‘insight’ bringing movement and focus to ‘breakthrough’ where in order for individual achievement to be maintained, through awareness a new order must be fairly established and empowered. This is where breakthrough comes through the individual insights found through the inner ear that listens only to its own inner voice. This is the Gate of the inner ear, which can be deaf to outside influences, so there can be difficulty listening to outside forces, and this is a genetic protection from undue influence, which can make any learning difficult, and the only way to learn is simple steps right from the very beginning, as to learn real knowing as an individual a unique step by step approach is best. There is also the possibility to transform rationalised inner truth into an insight, a unique perspective, or individual mental knowing, which if it is not backed up by facts, may be merely delusional. It takes fortitude, strength and courage to stand behind uniqueness, with the possibility of finally shaping an awareness, and then once fully conceptualised, there is a need to wait for access to expression and manifestation.

At 10:27pm (11:27am gmt) the Moon shifts into Gate 14 ‘power skills’ bringing movement and focus onto ‘possession in great measure’, and here we see the creative generation, accumulation and retention of individual power through skilled interaction, coupling unique grace with control. This is an extremely fertile life force energy, bringing the power and energy for finding individual empowered direction, and the quality of the generative fuel determines the quality of direction. Here we get to see the generative fuel that powers the Tantra of empowering the Self, and the main drive here is to find direction, as real creative potential lies in loving the work that you do. This Gate also brings the skills and commitment to drive new projects and creative endeavours out into the world, and yes this involves work, but it is a labour of love, and wealth can arise from sustained creative work.

At 7:59am 24^th (20:59gmt 23^rd) the Moon shifts into Gate 34 ‘power', bringing the focus onto ‘the power of the great', where unique individuated power is only great when its display or use serves the common good. This is pure centred unconditional creative generative power, ready for display and available for use through response, this is the knowing power to be independent and the energy of individual conviction. This is also the essential fuel for individuation, and determines whether or not individuation can be maintained, looking for ways that awareness can become deeds.

At 5:41pm (6:41am gmt) Mercury shifts into Gate 42 growth’ bringing communication in relation to ‘increase’ and this is the fuel for the abstract expansion of existing resources which in turn maximises the development of the creative potential sensed in the beginning. This is also the Gate of bringing things to a close, so that after reflection the next step can be taken, as using this creative generative power to complete a cycle is the heart of the growth process. And if there was a Mantra for this Gate it would be ‘one thing at a time’, which is about fully completing one thing before you move on, so as not to end up caught in a cycle of trying to tie up loose ends.

At 5:28am 24^th (18:28gmt 23^rd) Mars shifts into Gate 36 ‘crisis’ bringing movement and focus to ‘the darkening of the light’ with the potential emotional awareness to see the sense of the rule of cycles in which decline is a natural but not enduring stage. This brings an abstract potential of recognition through reflection on feelings that leads to the possibility of change, and looking for ways for conceptualisation to manifest directly as action. This can be a destabilising energy for the unaware, and this is where the crisis can arise from. Change and changes in feeling are natural for the abstract experiential process, and the ultimate role is to be the witness who remembers and reflects, as the shift of feelings determines the ending of a cycle, nothing more, and the recognition of this can only come through awareness. If the energy overwhelms this possibility, the change then becomes either something that is dreaded or embraced, both of which fuels expectations and inevitable crisis.
