Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

The day starts with the Sun and Earth moving through the final phase of Gates/hexagrams 29 and 30, and then at 00:29am 24^th (14:29gmt 23^rd) they will shift into the 1^st Lines of Gates 59 and 55 bringing a theme of investigating and researching so as to have a secure foundation to move ahead from. For the next 6 days the Sun is shining in ‘sexuality’ and ‘dispersion’, bringing the fuel, support and ability to break down any barriers to creative generation and achieve union. And we are being grounded by ‘spirit’ and ‘abundance’, where the possibility of emotional awareness, empowerment and abundance is strictly a question of the recognition of unique spirit.

And ‘the pre-emptive strike’ is in the air today, and this is the fuel for generative authority and volatility where supporting and understanding purpose and direction leads to being able to recognise and eliminate barriers before they become impregnable. This is also the creative power in response that can impregnate where it is fertile. Plus ‘co-operation’ is grounding us, and here we recognise the empowered expansion of activity through individual cooperation with powerful emotional forces. And through principled actions comes the guarantee of continued support that engenders prosperity. There is also the potential to find the uniqueness of spirit available in potential awareness, through knowingly cooperating with powerful forces. The notself will be deeply indecisive, limited by uncertainty, sacrificing advancement.

At 9:10am (23:10gmt 22^nd) the Moon shifted into Gate 35 ‘change’ bringing movement and focus to abstract ‘progress’ where by design, progress cannot exist in a vacuum and is dependent on sensing and interaction. This is the manifestation of cyclical experiential energy, which always requires beginnings middles and ends, and this transit is all about satiating that appetite for change. If this had an archetype it would be the ‘jack of all trades’ who can also attain mastery, which is manifested through being experientially talented. If this gate had a voice it would say ‘I feel it’s time for a change’ so is always on the lookout for the next experience. This transit can also bring a lot of expectations into play, and being goal oriented will only lead to disappointment, as this is a Gate of the ‘wheel’ continually turning.

At 8:01pm (10:01am gmt) the Moon shifts into conjunction with the South Node in Gate 45 ‘the gatherer’ bringing movement and focus to the view of ‘gathering together’ which is all about naturally attracting generally beneficial like forces that will support manifestation and expression. This is the Gate of hierarchical dominance, and can be seen as the archetype of the king or queen, the empress or emperor, the autocratic tribal leader, who is busy looking after the welfare of the community. If this Gate had a voice it would say ‘I have’ or ‘we have’, and is an expression of the material wellbeing of the community, benevolently sharing materially with the community.

At 6:43am 24^th (20:43gmt 23^rd) the Moon shifts into Gate 12 ‘caution’ bringing movement and focus onto individual ‘standstill’ which is about the empowering quality that restraint can bring to life. This brings into play a knowing that is often experienced through allowing time for meditation and inaction when confronting temptation. And this Gate is specifically about the empowerment that comes through not doing, it is also a Gate of social caution as it has an innate wariness of the collective. This is also a transit where aloneness is accepted and expressed in its own unique way, and if it had a voice it would say ‘I try’ or ‘I won't try’, there is always going to be a maybe with this transit, depending on the mood and the spirit.
