Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

The day starts with the Sun and Earth still moving through the 2^nd line of Gates 50 and 3 and then at 11:20am  (00:20am gmt) they will shift into the 3^rd Lines bringing the possibility of developing resilience through the right trial and error. And ‘adaptability’ is in the air today, and this is where when unable to make it alone it is time to naturally align with nurturing, supportive and protective forces, all of which is based in having the awareness and knowing that to defend and maintain one's creative principles and values, the support of others in the community is necessary. Plus ‘survival’ is grounding us today, and this is the fuel for the unique ability to recognise and distinguish between fertile and sterile in their various individual manifestations. In reproductive terms, this is all about the empowered ability to choose the best mate, based in an innate knowing of what is sterile and what is fertile as creative generative mutation is specifically biological and dependent on the collaboration with others in the now. The notself will resent the awareness that one cannot stand alone, and will perversely deny evolutionary standards, contrarily refusing to mutate

The Moon is still moving through Gate 4 and at 4:21pm (5:21am gmt) she will shift into Gate 29 ‘saying yes’ bringing movement and focus to ‘the abysmal’ which can be seen as the deep within the deep, where persistence despite difficulties has it’s inevitable rewards, which comes through reflection and making sense out of it all. This is the Tantric energy to empower the determination of the self and is the Gate of the generative yes, and fuels perseverance despite circumstances, and if not careful can result in loading up on piles of commitments and responsibilities so that there is something to persevere about. The trick here is to only ever say yes to what is correct, and the secret is waiting, this is a cyclical energy and what is committed to one day, may no longer be of interest the next.

At 1:54am 23^rd (14:54 gmt 22^nd) the Moon shifts into Gate 59 ‘sexuality’ bringing movement and focus to ‘dispersion’, and this is the generative life force that supports the ability to break down barriers to achieve union. Here is also the fuel for expressed sexuality and/or creativity, and being able to break down barriers through response, so as to bring something new to the community. There is also a desire for intimacy which can manifest as anything from shyness, brotherhood/sisterhood, the femme fatale/Casanova, to the one night stand and a few others in between. Waiting is always the key here, jumping into bonds prematurely will only lead to surface intimacy which is never going to be satisfying.

At 11:45am (00:45am gmt) Mercury shifts into conjunction with Venus in Gate 1 ‘self expression’ bringing communication, values and worth to ‘the creative’ and here we see creation as a unique and primal force, as it brings the empowered energy potential to manifest individual inspiration and direction without limitation. This is the yangest of all the hexagrams, and is a powerful energy that demands attention as there is a deep need for recognition and to express individual creative identity. And this can be seen as a deeply creative energy based in empowered unique individual creative expression. The role of this sort of creativity is all about doing your own thing, which may become an example of a new direction to others, if recognised as valuable, otherwise the drive to express one's unique knowing and individuality is not always appreciated.
