Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Today starts out with the Sun and Earth still in the 3^rd Line theme of Gates/hexagrams 50 and 3 and at 4:00am on the 23^rd (19:00 GMT on the 22^nd) they will shift into the 4^th Lines bringing a theme for opportunities for success coming through friends and networks. And ‘corruption’ is in the air today, and here we gain instinctive awareness about how a lack of enriching values can play out, and this is based in the unusual and malefic gift of being able to turn inferior values into material support and success, and these actions are limited to selfishness and unsavouriness rather than criminality. This is also about having the knowing and capacity to defend and maintain one's strength despite inferior values. Plus ‘charisma’ is grounding us, and this is about that intriguing, unique, individual and innate quality which attracts valued guidance to itself. This is a fuel and drive for having an empowered psychic attunement or energy for knowing, that in turn magnetises nurturing, and ensures creative ordering. The notself will be the worst that can be expected, corrupted, confused and rejected.

The Moon is still moving through Gate 51 and at 7:28pm (8:28am GMT) she will shift into Gate 42 ‘growth’ bringing movement and focus to ‘increase’ and this is the fuel for the abstract expansion of existing resources which in turn maximises the development of the creative potential sensed in the beginning. This is also the Gate of bringing things to a close, so that after reflection the next step can be taken, as using this creative generative power to complete a cycle is the heart of the growth process. And if there was a Mantra for this Gate it would be ‘one thing at a time’, which is about fully completing one thing before you move on, so as not to end up caught in a cycle of trying to tie up loose ends.

At 6:28am on the 23^rd (19:28 GMT on the 22^nd) the Moon shifts into conjunction with the Earth in Gate 3 ‘ordering’ bringing movement and focus to ‘difficulty at the beginning’ and this a creative generative life force energy where the fundamental challenge of individual initiation is to transcend confusion and establish order and knowing. This is the fuel for empowered mutation, or evolutionary growth and change, which starts out as a confused energy, in the sense that it is unsubstantiated, because like the individual insight it is unique and has to find its form. Here we also get to see the fulfilment of knowing through individual expression, where being a unique example brings changes and mutation to all who come into contact with it, as this is the basis of cultural mutation.

At 1:27pm (2:27am GMT) Mercury shifts into Gate 28 ‘the game player’ bringing communication in relation to ‘preponderance of the great’ the transitoriness of power and influence. There is conceptualisation towards empowered intuitive awareness, based in unique existential awareness that is anchored in recognition of individual body consciousness, and can be experienced as a ‘gut’ feeling. This is where we find the unique potential in the now to know what is worth struggling for, and this is a deeply empowering individual process, where risks are always taken alone, and so are the consequences. Also the knower who does not know what to fight for individually or how to fight for it will face enormous resistance.

Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.
