Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

The week begins still with the Sun and Earth moving through the 6^th Lines of Gates/hexagrams 14 and 8, and then at 00:14am on the 23^rd (13:14 GMT on the 22^nd) they will shift into the 1^st Lines of Gates 34 and 20 bringing a theme for researching and digging into things to ensure that there is a secure foundation. For the next 6 days the Sun will be shining in ‘power’ and ‘the power of the great’, where power is only great when it’s individuated display or use serves the common good. And the Earth will be grounding us in ‘the now’ and ‘contemplation’ bringing recognition in the now which transforms unique understanding into right action. And Gates 34 and 20 are also meeting up to Define the Sacral and Throat Centres with the Channel of charisma, a ‘design where thoughts must become deeds’, and this is a powerful creative generative fuel that can manifest through response.

And ‘the bully’ is in the air today, and this is about the indiscriminate use of individual power, where power is only resorted to as a manifestation of unique frustration in the now, based in having the integrative fuel for the energy to display power as a response to frustration. Plus ‘superficiality’ is in the air, and here we get to see a reliance on expressing individual shallowness, based in empowering superficiality and raising it to an art form. If this Gate had an archetype it would be the sloganeer expressing in the now whatever suits. The notself will be the bully who risks retaliation and meets comeuppance, and can only superficially express any individual personality.

The Moon is still moving through Gate 20 and at 4:23pm (5:23am GMT) she will shift into Gate 16 meeting up with Saturn in Gate 48, Defining the Spleen and Throat Centres with the Channel of the wavelength, a ‘design of talent’, bringing the logical expression of taste, talent, skill, depth and awareness. And here we get to see how talent is earned through waiting for that one thing that you can give yourself to totally, this is about loving whatever it is enough to become totally absorbed in constant repetition and gradual improvement, until mastery is attained. Through this process the technique can eventually be transcended, becoming an art.

At 2:40am on the 23^rd (15:40 GMT on the 22^nd) the Moon shifts into Gate 35 meeting up with Uranus and Jupiter in Gate 36 Defining the Solar Plexus and Throat Centres with the Channel of Transitoriness, a ‘design of being a Jack of all trades’, and this is a powerful experiential manifesting emotional awareness potential for action. And here we get to see life being rich in abstract experience, though poor in meeting the expectations of the mind or of others. There is a deep talent for sensing adventure here, and the only goal of any value is the wisdom that nothing lasts, and this wisdom is gained through many and varied experiences, and these experiences are part of a wider plan that can bring depth.
