Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

The day starts out with the Sun and Earth still moving through the 3^rd Line theme and then at 12:03pm (1:03am gmt) they will move into the 4^th Lines of Gates/hexagrams 25 and 46 bringing a theme for opportunities arriving through friends and networks. And ‘survival’ is in the air today, and this is about recognising the unique nature of true individual innocence, love, direction and identity that can be maintained regardless of circumstances. For example, this could be akin to the beauty of the rose in the garbage dump, centred in the highest principles, even amongst the greatest decadence. All of which is based in the archetype of the spiritual warrior, where a knowing kind of innocence is maintained in the now, regardless of circumstances. Plus ‘impact’ is grounding us, and this is about the creative generative ability once recognised, to be able to move rapidly from a position of abstract obscurity to influence. All of which is based in sense and good luck which comes from being determined that eventually, through love direction and identity, one ends up in the right place at the right time which leads to recognition for past endeavours. The notself will be so determined in success that it will ignore those who helped create it, biting the hand that feeds it.

At 9:30am 22^nd (22:30gmt 21^st) the Moon shifts into Gate 28 ‘the game player’ bringing the movement and focus to ‘preponderance of the great’ the transitoriness of power and influence. There is conceptualisation towards empowered awareness, based in unique existential awareness that is anchored in recognition of individual body consciousness, and can be experienced as a ‘gut’ feeling. And here we find the unique potential in the now to know what is worth struggling for, this is a deeply empowering individual process, where risks are always taken alone, and so are the consequences. Also the knower who does not know what to fight for individually or how to fight for it will face enormous resistance.

At 6:35pm (7:35am gmt) the Moon shifts into Gate 44 ‘alertness’ bringing movement and focus to ‘coming to meet’, highlighting the awareness that the success of any interaction is based on support and the absence of any preconditions. This Gate is specifically about the recognition of instinctive memory, which operates in the now and is cued by experience.  And this is a capitalistic energy, which is based in having the instinct and memory to transmit one's ego to the tribe. Here we also get to see the purely instinctive memory that cannot be called forward, but operates in the now and is cued by patterns in experience, and carries an alertness to the patterns of life. This is a Gate of individual loyalty offering its memory resources in return for the promise of the support and benefits of the ego's willpower.

At 3:45am 23^rd (16:45gmt 22^nd) the Moon shifts into Gate 1 ‘self expression’ bringing movement and focus to ‘the creative’ and here we see creation as a unique and primal force, as it brings the empowered energy potential to manifest individual inspiration and direction without limitation. This is the yangest of all the hexagrams, and is a powerful energy that demands attention as there is a deep need for recognition and to express individual creative identity. And this can be seen as a deeply creative energy based in empowered unique individual creative expression. The role of this sort of creativity is all about doing your own thing, which may become an example of a new direction to others, if recognised as valuable, otherwise the drive to express one's unique knowing and individuality is not always appreciated.

At 3:50am 23^rd (16:50gmt 22^nd) Venus shifts into conjunction with Neptune in Gate 30 ‘recognition of feeling’ bringing values and worth into play in relation to the veiled ‘the clinging fire’ where freedom is recognised as an abstract illusion and limitation accepted as fate. There is also a desire and thirst for destiny and a hunger for change through the potential of sensing emotional awareness and realisation. Also through the recognition of emotional potential and feeling comes the conceptual potential for change, all of which takes time and happens in a wave where the emotions move from high to low, back to high and so on. This is the Gate where we get to meet fate, and the yearning for change so as to escape pain and find hope, is a curse of the fates. Yet it is between these two highly energised emotions of hope and pain that the true potential for experiential emotional awareness lies, and this is the potential awareness to recognise a feeling and leave it’s outcome in the hands of the fates.
