Today's planetary update

Today begins with the Sun and Earth still moving through the 2nd Lines of Gates/hexagrams 56 and 60, and at 12:22pm they will move into the 3rd Lines bringing into play an energy of trial and error which can lead to discoveries and resilience. And ‘alienation' is in the air today, with determined self sufficiency, based in an abstract style of will and egoism that often proves overbearing and guarantees continued isolation. This is acceptable providing that intrinsic vitality is sensed and is based in the drive to control and be the focus of expression for the betterment of all. Plus ‘conservatism' is grounding us today, with enlightened and empowering self interest, resulting in naturally handling restrictions and limitations, ensuring identity and security. This is the fuel to maintain individual identity and security despite limitations. The notself will offend others, eliminating support and suffering from ignoring limitations, ending up paying the price.

The Moon is still moving through Gate 14 and at 10:03am she will shift into Gate 34 meeting up with Pluto in Gate 10, Defining the Sacral and the ‘G' centre with the Channel of exploration, a ‘design of following one's convictions'. This is a powerful and creative generative life force that empowers unique direction, love and identity. The secret here is to love yourself enough to trust and follow your own inner convictions, no matter how senseless they may seem to others. At 8:31pm she will shift into Gate 9 ‘focus' bringing the focus onto ‘the taming power of the small' where potential can be fulfilled through logical and detailed attention to all pertinent aspects. God is in the detail during this transit, using generative life force to maintain the logical power of determination, ready to move into the future.

Venus has now moved into Gate 64 ‘confusion' bringing values and worth in relation to ‘before completion', where transition, like birth, requires a determined strength for the passage through. This is the abstract mental pressure to make sense out of and share inspirations that come from reflecting on the great deal of data collected from past experience. Filtering these memories is a process that begins with confusion and ends with clarity, and the process in between is very abstract.
