Today's planetary update

Today starts with the Sun and Earth still moving through the 4^th Lines and at 7:51pm (9:51am GMT) they will move into the 5^th Lines of Gates/hexagrams 29 and 30 bringing a theme of needing practical solutions so as not to fail projections from others. And ‘overreach’ is in the air, which will more than likely be seen as the abstract tendency to bite off more than one can chew, fuelled by a generative yet uncontrollable drive to say yes, based on past reflection. Plus ‘irony’ is grounding us, with recognition and dedication to transitory abstract goals. This brings an emotional strength, which is derived from the knowledge and experience that two steps forward and one step back, is still one step forward. There is also potential emotional awareness where through sensing and reflecting, each new feeling brings back an old feeling before progress can take place and be shared. The notself will overextend its resources and fail, ending up angry and frustrated, desiring to eliminate the whole process, and may just throw the baby out with the bathwater.

The Moon is still in Gate 54 which I wrote about yesterday, and at 5:09pm (7:09am GMT) she will shift into 61 ‘mystery’ bringing movement and focus to ‘inner truth’ and the unique awareness of recognising universal underlying principles. This is a mental pressure to resolve individual mystery and find inspiration, and this can fuel and empower unique knowing, or it can lead to delusion and madness. The ultimate potential of recognising inner truth comes with silence. Then at 4:22am on the 22nd (18:22 GMT on the 21^st) she will shift into Gate 60 ‘acceptance’ bringing the focus onto ‘limitation’, where the knowing, recognition and acceptance of limitation is the first step in individual transcendence. This is about the unique growth that comes through releasing limited amounts of energy, manifesting as power bursts rather than sustained flows. This fuel comes in a pulse, for example it could be seen that knowing is there, and then it is not, and it is the spaces in between the knowing that allow for empowered evolutionary growth and change to take place. 

At 9:21pm (11:21am GMT) Saturn shifts into the 6^th Line of Gate 46 bringing learnings in relation to ‘integrity’, highlighting the sense and wisdom to secure ones identity through reflection and careful consideration of the restrictive potential of commitments and sharing. This is also the determination to love the body enough to say no to restrictive commitments. The notself will overextend itself, unable to say no, ending up breaking promises.

At 10:19am (00:19 GMT) Pluto retrogrades into the 5^th Line of Gate 10 bringing the opportunity to review individual truth and knowing in relation to ‘the heretic’ which can show up as the self empowered direct and overt challenges to norms. This can also bring the ability to succeed through the unique understanding and expression of higher principles, loving oneself enough to stick with principled behaviour which directly challenges tradition. The notself will challenge and be burned at the stake.

Observe the dance of the planets through the cosmos, feel how the energies shift and move, and don’t identify with them, it’s like the weather passing through, and your Strategy and Inner Authority is your umbrella in the storms of life.
