Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

We begin the day still moving through the 5^th Lines of Gates/hexagrams6 and 36 and then at 1:08am 21^st (15:08gmt 20^th) the Sun and Earth shift into the 6^th Lines bringing a theme of resting and recuperating, ready for the next cycle, just don’t get too caught up in what’s coming up, and miss what you already have. And ‘the peacemaker’ is in the air today, which is about the discipline and integrity of defence used by a superior force, who uses it in a way to unilaterally cease conflict and permit generative surrender and survival of its foe. Here we get to experience the awareness where the highest form of all reason shows us that life itself is sacred. And this is based in the creative emotional power to end conflict in a way that is supported and tempered by feelings and shows sensitivity to others. Plus ‘justice’ is grounding us, and this is about sensing the inevitable survival of what is right, based in reflecting on the past which brings the potential emotional awareness and the knowable and attendant faith that the powers of darkness will eventually destroy themselves. A saying that could go with this transit would be ‘those whom the gods wish to destroy, they first make mad’, which is about abstractly experiencing the correctness of a crisis when it arises out of pure feelings. The notself will want unacceptable terms and conditions fulfilled, plus being profoundly cynical and sorrowful, lost in darkness.

The Moon is still moving through Gate 45 and at 2:45pm (4:45am gmt) she will shift into Gate 12 ‘caution’ bringing movement and focus onto individual ‘standstill’ which is about the empowering quality that restraint can bring to life. This brings into play a knowing that is often experienced through allowing time for meditation and inaction when confronting temptation. And this Gate is specifically about the empowerment that comes through not doing, it is also a Gate of social caution as it has an innate wariness of the collective. This is also a transit where aloneness is accepted and expressed in its own unique way, and if it had a voice it would say ‘I try’ or ‘I won't try’, there is always going to be a maybe with this transit, depending on the mood and the spirit.

At 1:34am 21^st (15:34gmt 20^th) the Moon shifts into Gate 15  ‘extremes’ bringing movement and focus onto ‘modesty’ which is about a certain quality of logical behaviour which in and of itself can lead to finding love, direction and identity through expressing the proper balance between extremes. And modesty in the traditional sense is always a matter of understanding and balancing extremes, and is where all possible extremes are lived out, which could include being busy or not, eating late, then early, sleeping long and short, generally living out and wanting to share all sorts of extremes of rhythm.
