Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

The day starts out with the Sun and Earth still moving through the 3rd Lines of Gates/hexagrams 14 and 8 and then at 11:00 (00:17am gmt) they will shift into the 4th Lines bringing a theme for opportunities showing up through some friendly networking. And ‘security’ is in the air today, and this is the fuel for having empowered knowing that leads to individual concentration on establishing a strong foundation, as a protection from assault. This is the key to fuelling unique knowing and power that lies in responsively developing skills to ensure a strong foundation in the now. Plus ‘respect’ is grounding us, and here we recognise the unique gift of naturally recognising the individual contributions of others and particularly, the acknowledgement of those who lead by example. Here we get to see in play the empowered and uncompromising drive to assimilate knowing, as well as the drive to contribute and be an empowering example of expression to and for others. The notself will be over confident which will threaten the basis of security, plus reason alone will not predict individual worth.

The Moon is still moving through Gate 64 and then at 2:33pm (3:33am gmt) the Moon shifts into Gate 47 ‘realising', bringing movement and focus to ‘oppression' which is the restrictive and adverse abstract state resulting from internal weakness or external strength or both. And this is a mental pressure, that is looking to make sense of and find conceptual realisation out of experiential inspiration, which may not be such a comfortable process, as it will always take its own time and cannot be rushed. Here we get to see that it is really just a matter of waiting for the moment of realisation to come, and then once the realising has been done and facts found to substantiate it, the rewards are worth it. Also this Gate can create a lot of mental stress and anxiety based in trying to make sense out of past experience, and not being able to put the full picture together, and the secret here is to have patience and surrender to the cyclical nature of this process, and then the ‘aha’ moment of recognition and realisation will appear.

At 00:01am 21st ( 13:01gmt 20th) the Moon shifts into Gate 6 meeting up with Mars in Gate 59 Defining the Sacral and Solar Plexus Centres with the Channel of Mating, a ‘design focused on reproduction’, bringing movement, focus, maturation and mutation into play in relation to this powerful generative emotional transit, where support and intimacy will be the primary focus. And this energy for intimacy can often be misunderstood as it is a very penetrating energy that goes straight past defence mechanisms. Also this is pure fertile power, based in the law that life must always create life and can lead to making babies or birthing projects. There may even be a ‘little’ population explosion 9 months from now.

At 1:00am 21st (14:00gmt 20th) Venus shifts into Gate 11 ‘ideas’ bringing values and worth into play in relation to  ‘peace’ which can be sensed as a harmonic and abstract condition both in individuals and society as a whole, and this peace permits for reflection and assessment before renewed action. Also in play is the possibility that emerges through the process of conceptualising, recognising and realising, which can be a difficult process as visual conceptual memory needs to be turned into language before it can be articulated and shared. Also this Gate sees only an aspect of the whole in the now, yet over time it takes in the entire picture, leading to awareness and ideas, just remember that ideas are not facts, they are just possibilities. One of the important aspects of this transit is to see how the process of making sense out of something does not stop at realisation, but is looking for a way to express its mental awareness, which it does through using an idea as a tool to express what has been sensed. Also there can be a lot of mental frustration when ideas do not turn into realities, but by design the fulfilment of an idea is purely in its expression, not action, ideas are not a prescription for action, they are stimulation for reflection.
