Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.
To begin with today the Sun and Earth are still moving through the 4th Lines of Gates/hexagrams 60 and 56, and then at 00:17am 21st (13:17gmt 20th) they will shift into the 5th Lines bringing a theme for bringing practical solutions to your market. And ‘leadership’ is in the air today, and this the fuel for the unique individual awareness that the destruction of old limitations simply creates new ones, this in turn results in behavioural patterns that demonstrate this knowing and understanding through creative action, and also brings enhanced leadership potential. All of which is based in the energy to handle a lifelong process of dealing with limitations in the now. Plus ‘attracting’ attention is grounding us, and this is about sensing the abstract unusualness, innovation and sometimes genius that are guarantees of eventually attracting attention and support, all of which is based in sharing experiential stimulation at its most innovative and unusual. The notself will be confused with expansive energy that cannot handle limitations, and attracting attention will lead to provocation and disturbance and be self defeating.
The Moon is still moving through Gate 56 and at 12:35pm (1:35am gmt) she will shift into Gate 31 ’leading’ bringing movement and focus to ‘influence’ which is based in the logical law of friction, whether active or passive, this friction engenders transference and thus influence, understanding and sharing. And if this Gate had a voice it would say ‘I lead’, as it is always looking for ways to manifest future influence, and it will always have to wait for someone to recognise this, as this Gate has no access to any primary energy for action to be able to back itself up, so will often end up making purely verbal claims. This is the recognised democratic elected leader, a true representative of the people, who logically understands trends and patterns and is able to present and express them in such a way that everyone can understand and follow.
At 9:49pm (10:49am gmt) the Moon shifts into Gate 33 ‘privacy’ bringing movement and focus to ‘retreat’ which is about active withdrawal for reflection that can transform a weak position into a strength. And if this Throat Centre Gate had a voice it would say ‘I remember’, and is the voice of the abstract witness that could be likened to the prodigal child, who leaves home, giving up their birthright to wander and learn and then returns home many years later much the wiser and is accepted back into the fold so that the wisdom they have garnered during their experience can be expressed and shared through remembrance bringing them recognition. Here we see the need of regular time alone to reflect on the past, so that the past experiences can be processed and made sense of.
At 7:01am 21st (20:01gmt 20th) the Moon shifts into Gate 7 ‘the role of the self’ bringing movement and focus to ‘the army’ which is a metaphor for having a common point of convergence. And here we get to see how having a logical point of convergence, by design brings understanding and recognition of the need for leadership to guide and order society into a logical direction for the future through the role of interaction and sharing. This transit is all about logical direction and the role of the Self or identity in interaction, and how that plays out to lead us into the future. And this is done mainly through first of all testing out established patterns to find certainty for the future. This role of the self is unaware, it is purely mechanical, and is driven by our genes and does not respond to any mental concepts of role, it is just purely conditioning how we move into the future.
At 8:57am 21st (21:57gmt 20th) Mercury shifts into Gate 38 ‘the fighter’ bringing communication into play in relation to ‘opposition’, and this is about the empowered ability to recognise and preserve individual integrity through opposition to detrimental forces. And here we get to see a powerful pressure and fuel that is at its best when up against the odds, fighting in order to establish a sense of value and unique purpose in life. This Gate loves a good fight, and is always ready to stand up for independence and uniqueness, driven by a deep need to feel a sense of carefreeness in life, and if life is not empowered with a real sense of knowing and value depression can set in. This is also about being stubborn, which is a result of not being here to be influenced by others.
