Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

The days starts still moving through the tail end of the Gates/hexagrams 11 and 12, and then at 5:24pm (6:24am gmt) the Sun and Earth will shift into the 1^st Lines of Gates/hexagrams 10 and 15 bringing a theme for finding security through thorough investigation to ensure that there is a real and true foundation to begin from. For the next six days the Sun will be shining in ‘the behaviour of the self’ and ‘treading’ bringing an underlying code of behaviour which ensures successful interaction despite circumstances. And the earth will be grounding us in ‘extremes’ and ‘modesty’ bringing a quality of behaviour which expresses the proper balance between extremes.  The Sun will also be in conjunction with the North Node in Gate 10 where it is meeting up with Saturn in Gate 57 adding some energy to the continuing ‘Spleen’ to ‘G’ Centre definition. Plus the Earth will be in conjunction with the South Node in Gate 15.

And ‘modesty’ is in the air today, and this is about an innate sense to know and accept ones unique individual place. All of which is based in a valued sense of love, direction, identity and purpose no matter what the position, as this is the ability to know ones place and how to act despite circumstances. Plus ‘duty’ is grounding us, and here we get to see in play the logical ability to confront any challenge without expectations. And this is based in sharing harmonic relationships which give love, direction and identity as support for the fulfilment of any task. All of which enhances the capacity of the self to confront any challenge through extreme and harmonic relationships. The notself will be afflicted with oversensitivity and hurt feelings, and alienation engendered through exaggerated claims.

The Moon is still moving through Gate 16 and at 11:21am (00:21am gmt) she will shift into Gate 35 meeting up with Jupiter and Uranus in Gate 36 Defining the Solar Plexus and Throat Centres with the Channel of Transitoriness, a ‘design of being a Jack of all trades’, and this is a powerful experiential manifesting emotional awareness potential for action. And here we get to see life being rich in abstract experience, though poor in meeting the expectations of the mind or of others. There is a deep talent for sensing adventure here, and the only goal of any value is the wisdom that nothing lasts, and this wisdom is gained through many and varied experiences, and these experiences are part of a wider plan that can bring depth.

At 9:26pm (10:26am gmt) the Moon shifts into Gate 45 ‘the gatherer’ bringing movement and focus to ‘gathering together’ which is all about naturally attracting generally beneficial like forces that will support manifestation and expression. This is the Gate of hierarchical dominance, and can be seen as the archetype of the king or queen, the empress or emperor, the autocratic tribal leader, who is busy looking after the welfare of the community. If this Gate had a voice it would say ‘I have’ or ‘we have’, and is an expression of the material wellbeing of the community, benevolently sharing materially with the community.

At 7:26am 21^st (20:26gmt 20th) the Moon shifts into Gate 12 ‘caution’ bringing movement and focus onto individual ‘standstill’ which is about the empowering quality that restraint can bring to life. This brings into play a knowing that is often experienced through allowing time for meditation and inaction when confronting temptation. And this Gate is specifically about the empowerment that comes through not doing, it is also a Gate of social caution as it has an innate wariness of the collective. This is also a transit where aloneness is accepted and expressed in its own unique way, and if it had a voice it would say ‘I try’ or ‘I won't try’, there is always going to be a maybe with this transit, depending on the mood and the spirit.

At 00:23am 21^st (13:23gmt 20^th) Venus shifts into Gate 1 ‘self expression’ bringing values and worth into play in relation to ‘the creative’ and here we see creation as a unique and primal force, as it brings the empowered energy potential to manifest individual inspiration and direction without limitation. This is the yangest of all the hexagrams, and is a powerful energy that demands attention as there is a deep need for recognition and to express individual creative identity. And this can be seen as a deeply creative energy based in empowered unique individual creative expression. The role of this sort of creativity is all about doing your own thing, which may become an example of a new direction to others, if recognised as valuable, otherwise the drive to express one's unique knowing and individuality is not always appreciated.

At 10:26pm (11:26gmt) Mars shifts into Gate 38 ‘the fighter’ bringing maturation and mutation in relation to ‘opposition’, and this is about the empowered ability to recognise and preserve individual integrity through opposition to detrimental forces. And here we get to see a powerful pressure and fuel that is at its best when up against the odds, fighting in order to establish a sense of value and unique purpose in life. This Gate loves a good fight, and is always ready to stand up for independence and uniqueness, driven by a deep need to feel a sense of carefreeness in life, and if life is not empowered with a real sense of knowing and value depression can set in. This is also about being stubborn, which is a result of not being here to be influenced by others.

At 5:38am 21^st (18:48gmt 20^th) Saturn moves into the 2^nd Line of Gate 57 ‘cleansing’ bring teachings or learnings in relation to having the unique clarity to recognise and establish proper individual values and ideals in the now, which must be accompanied by a self empowered resolute determination and awareness in order to maintain them. This is also about perfected cleansing through knowing inner realisation, which is based in the possibility of proper values and ideals showing up through intuition. The notself will be superficial and hide the dirt underneath the carpet square instead of dealing with it.
