Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

Well December is here again already, is it just me, or is the Earth spinning faster than it used to, this year has flown by! The day begins with the Sun and Earth still moving through the 4^th Lines of Gates/hexagrams 9 and 16, and at 6:35am on the 2^nd (19:35 GMT on the 1^st) they will move into the 5^th Lines bringing a theme for the right strangers being open to your practical solutions. And ‘faith’ is in the air today, and this is the fuel for the trust that detailed adherence will logically lead to understanding and fulfilment. Here we get to see loyalty to the letter of the law, based in the creative generative power to focus and bring value to shared concentration. Plus ‘the grinch’ is grounding us, and this is the 'bah humbug' Gate, with it’s refusal to share enthusiasm, we get to see the power to avoid enthusiasm for the sole purpose of not being converted by it alone. And as with Dicken's character Scrooge, this is where eventual understanding and logical conversion leads to a greater and more enduring enthusiasm. All of which is based in having a lack of confidence in the expression of skills that needs the encouragement of others to bring them out to be shared. The notself will lack concentration, be lost in doubt and the perverse feeling that enthusiasm hampers development, yes it’s very bah humbug stuff!

The Moon is still moving through Gate 18, and at 3:14pm (4:14am GMT) she will shift into conjunction with Saturn in Gate 48 meeting up with the Earth in Gate 16 Defining the Spleen and Throat Centres with the Channel of the wavelength, a ‘design of talent’, bringing the logical expression of taste, talent, skill, depth and awareness. And here we get to see how talent is earned through waiting for that one thing that you can give yourself to totally, this is about loving whatever it is enough to become totally absorbed in constant repetition and gradual improvement, until mastery is attained. Through this process the technique can eventually be transcended, becoming an art.

At 00:41am on the 2^nd (13:41 GMT on the 1^st) the Moon shifts into Gate 57, meeting up with the North Node in Gate 10 Defining the Spleen and ‘G’ Centres with the Channel of perfected form, a ‘design of survival’ bringing movement and focus to recognising instinctual awareness, direction, self empowerment and love. This is where we get to see empowered knowing as true beauty expressed through life being the canvas and behaviour the art, and through following intuition and knowing in the now, unique beauty will always be created. This transit also brings into play the art of individual survival, which manifests through being able to intuitively think on your feet, and could be called the art of survival. Here we get to see the love of creating beauty as a form of survival, and when the intuition is honoured, strategic behaviour naturally manifests beauty. The Moon will also be meeting up with Gate 34 adding to the Definition of the Sacral to ‘G’ Centres with the Spleen Centre, Defining the Channel of Power, a ‘design of an archetype’, this is a fuel for generative awareness and knowing, and is about the body being a very attuned instrument that has a well honed early warning system that is constantly monitoring the immediate environment. This is a deeply intuitive transit, where through trusting in intuition, one can become an archetype of true power in the now.

At 1:03am on the 2^nd (14:03 GMT on the 1^st) after their back and forwards waltz last week the North and South node shift into the 5^th Line of Gates 10 and 15 where they will stay for a while, and this brings into play a long term environmental view of projections around ‘the heretic', seeing a direct, individual and often overt challenge to norms that can lead to empowerment. There can also be the unique ability to succeed that is directly linked to the understanding and expression of individual higher principles, love and identity, all of which leads to principled behaviour which directly challenges tradition. And ‘sensitivity' is also in the view, leading to the logical ability to sense and understand when otherwise balanced behaviour must be logically adjusted to meet the requirements of a changing environment. This in turn leads to the power to grow through sharing and experiencing the extremes of life and love. The notself will challenge behaviour with challenging behaviour, disturbing  the flow through overcompensation.
