Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

The day starts with the Sun and Earth still moving through the 5^th Lines of Gates/hexagrams 32 and 42 and then at 3:25pm (4:25am gmt) they will move into the 6^th Lines bringing a theme for looking off into the future for what’s coming up next, just don’t trip over what is at your feet. And ‘tranquillity’ is in the air today, and here we recognise the need to be supported in calmly facing impermanence, based in having an underlying acceptance of change that may or may not lead to tranquillity. Here we get to see survival aided through the instinctive knowing and awareness to accept change and transformation both individually as well as within the tribe and community. Plus ‘nurturing’ is grounding us, and this is about the natural and instinctive sense for the nurturing of others, which is based in the responsive abstract power to share the process of creative generative growth with others. The notself will be depressed, deluded and self destructive, refusing to share any of the benefits of growth with others.

The Moon is still moving through Gate 39 and at 5:34pm (6:34am gmt) she will shift into Gate 53 meeting up with the Earth in Gate 42 Defining the Root and Sacral Centres with the Channel of Maturation, a ‘design of balanced cyclic development’. And this brings movement and focus to the creative generative fuel that drives abstract cycles, so if you are going to begin anything, be very cautious sensing whether to or not, as once you have committed yourself to an endeavour, there can be a genetic imperative to complete it. And if whatever is started is not followed to its natural conclusion, you will only meet the same problem again later in another form, history will just repeat itself. These repeating cycles are all about coming to a state of maturity and wisdom, which can only ever be attained steadily over time.

At 4:06am 20^th (17:06gmt 19^th) the Moon shifts into Gate 62 ‘detail’ bringing movement and focus to ‘preponderance of the small’, which is all about expressing logical caution, patience and detail to produce understanding and excellence out of limitation. If this Gate had a voice it would say ‘I think’, which is based in being able to communicate and share concepts from a mechanical capacity for detail. This is where opinions can manifest as words, and things can be given their names, solidifying their existence in the Maia, which aids the collective in understanding the world, as without names, there can be no understanding or sharing, this is the Gate of the development of language which is the common ground for sharing of the human experience.

At 8:35am 20^th (21:35gmt 19^th) Venus shifts into Gate 1  ‘self expression’ bringing values and worth into play in relation to ‘the creative’ and here we see creation as a unique and primal force, as it brings the empowered energy potential to manifest individual inspiration and direction without limitation. This is the yangest of all the hexagrams, and is a powerful energy that demands attention as there is a deep need for recognition and to express individual creative identity. And this can be seen as a deeply creative energy based in empowered unique individual creative expression. The role of this sort of creativity is all about doing your own thing, which may become an example of a new direction to others, if recognised as valuable, otherwise the drive to express one's unique knowing and individuality is not always appreciated.
