Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

The day begins with the Sun and Earth still moving through the 3^rd Lines of Gates/hexagrams 14 and 8, and then at 5:21am on the 20^th (18:21 GMT on the 19^th) they will move into the 4^th Lines, bringing a theme for opportunities showing up through some friendly networking. And ‘security’ is in the air, and here we get to see knowing lead to individual concentration on establishing a strong foundation, as a protection from assault, as the key to fuelling unique knowing and power lies in developing skills to ensure a strong foundation in the now. Plus ‘respect’ is grounding us, and this is about the unique gift of naturally recognising the individual contributions of others and particularly, the acknowledgement of those who lead by example. Here we get to see in play the uncompromising drive to assimilate knowing, as well as the drive to contribute and be an empowering example of expression to and for others. The notself will be over confident which will threaten the basis of security, plus reason alone will not predict individual worth.

The Moon is still moving through Gate 42 and at 2:04pm (3:04am GMT) she shifts into Gate 3 ‘ordering’ bringing movement and focus to ‘difficulty at the beginning’ and this is a creative generative life force energy where the fundamental challenge of individual initiation is to transcend confusion and establish order and knowing. This is the fuel for empowered mutation, or evolutionary growth and change, which starts out as a confused energy, in the sense that it is unsubstantiated, because like the individual insight it is unique and has to find its form. Here we also get to see the fulfilment of knowing through individual expression, where being a unique example brings changes and mutation to all who come into contact with it, as this is the basis of cultural mutation.

At 00:57am on the 20^th (13:57 GMT on the 19^th) the Moon shifts into Gate 27 meeting up with Venus in Gate 50 Defining the Sacral and Spleen Centers with the Channel of preservation, a ‘design of custodianship’ and this is a generated instinctive awareness that brings movement and focus to either maintaining or changing the values in the community. And this is based in an automatic trust that this Channel generates, which also brings a natural defence and support, which will only work well as long as it does not become over care and over responsibility, as that just results in the carer losing sight of themselves. This is a very nurturing energy, that also brings leadership that has the generative power to bring attention to values, and whether they are working or not.

At 00:38am on the 20^th (13:38 GMT on the 19^th) Pluto shifts into the 1^st Line of Gate 58 ‘love of life', bringing our truth into play around the very stimulation of the world being the basis of taste and an aesthetic appreciation of its beauty and wonder. And whether alone or shared with others, this profound understanding and inner realisation is the key for joyous harmony with the very process of being. This is the energy which fuels the logical love of life. The notself will be moody and limit joy.
