Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

We begin the day with the Sun and Earth still moving through the early stages of the 2^nd Lines of Gates 29 and 30 and then at 3:00am 20^th (17:00gmt 19^th) the will move into the 3rd Lines bringing a theme of trial and error that can lead to discoveries and material resilience. And ‘evaluation’ is in the air today, which in this context is the fuel for properly assessed inaction and abstract reflection, where despite the urge to act and the cost of inaction, there is the sense and knowledge based in past reflection that it is sometimes better to fight another day, as this is the creative generative power to wait before sharing. Plus ‘resignation’ is grounding us, and here we recognise the acceptance of what is, based in potential emotional awareness and the manifestation of the law of regeneration. An example of this could be seen in some eastern traditions as the laws of karma, reincarnation and resurrection, all of which are about sharing the abstract feelings and accepting what is, through experiential reflection. The notself will withdraw regardless of the effect, trying to avoid despair.

The Moon is still moving through Gate 42 and at 3:16pm (5:16am gmt) she will shift into Gate 3 ‘ordering’ bringing movement and focus to ‘difficulty at the beginning’ and this is a creative generative life force energy where the fundamental challenge of individual initiation is to transcend confusion and establish order and knowing. This is the fuel for empowered mutation, or evolutionary growth and change, which starts out as a confused energy, in the sense that it is unsubstantiated, because like the individual insight it is unique and has to find its form. Here we also get to see the fulfilment of knowing through individual expression, where being a unique example brings changes and mutation to all who come into contact with it, as this is the basis of cultural mutation.

At 2:41am 20^th (16:41gmt 19^th) the Moon shifts into Gate 27 ‘caring’ bringing movement and focus to ‘nourishment’ and this is the fuel for the support, defence and enhancement of the quality and substance of all activities through responsive caring. This is a powerful generative life force bringing energy for nourishment, as without nourishment and caring, nothing can survive, this is the drive to care and nourish as well as to be cared for and nourished. This is also the Gate of compassion, bringing the power to care for the weak, the sick and the young. And here we get to see pure impressive altruism in action, if this Gate had an archetype, it could be Mother Teresa of Calcutta.
