Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

We begin the day with the Sun and Earth still moving through the 3^rd Lines of Gates/hexagrams 6 and 36 and then at 3:04am 19^th (17:04gmt 18^th) they will move into the 4^th Lines bringing a theme of friendly networking to see what opportunities might arise. And ‘triumph’ is in the air today, which is a position of natural and unchallengeable power, based in and supported by the potential emotional awareness, charity and wisdom that comes with victory and the generative movement towards new horizons. Here we also get to see how the creative power of emotions can be used as a defence and dominate a relationship. Plus ‘espionage’ is grounding us, and this is about the abstract ability to sense, prepare for and anticipate decline through the accumulation of secret and privileged information. And through reflection we get to see the emotional awareness and experiential realisation that knowledge both covert and esoteric is necessary, if one is to be prepared for experiencing crisis and change. The notself will destructively conquer and purge, as well as being the double agent selling out to the highest bidder.

The Moon is still moving through Gate 8 and at 6:22pm (8:22am gmt) she shifts into Gate 20 meeting up with Saturn in Gate 57 defining the Spleen and Throat Centres with the Channel of the brainwave, a ‘design of penetrating awareness’, and this brings into play the incredible and unique gift of acute intuition. This type of expressed and aware intuition rises so fast that the brain often cannot even comprehend it until afterwards, this is a really individual rapid body to mind communication leading to knowing and being able to intuitively adapt to circumstances without needing to think about it, in the now.

At 5:36am 19^th (19:36gmt 18^th) the Moon shifts into Gate16 ‘skills’ bringing movement and focus to enthusiasm, based in the great art of logically enriching life through the harmonic channelling of energy and expression. If this Gate had a voice, it would say ‘I experiment’, as it is all about finding some sort of logical understanding through focusing on, observing and practicing patterns. Here we can experience an expression of constant experimentation, and repetition, doing something over and over, which can eventually master it, finding perfected manifestation and expression. This is the hexagram of music, dance and art, yet is not specifically about the arts, as it is inherently about the skills for living, this is about having a talent for life.

At 7:11am 19^th (21:11gmt 18^th) Mercury shifts into Gate 47 ‘realising', bringing communication into play in relation to ‘oppression' which is the restrictive and adverse abstract state resulting from internal weakness or external strength or both. And this is a mental pressure, that is looking to make sense of and find conceptual realisation out of experiential inspiration, which may not be such a comfortable process, as it will always take its own time and cannot be rushed. Here we get to see that it is really just a matter of waiting for the moment of realisation to come, and then once the realising has been done and facts found to substantiate it, the rewards are worth it. Also this Gate can create a lot of mental stress and anxiety based in trying to make sense out of past experience, and not being able to put the full picture together, and the secret here is to have patience and surrender to the cyclical nature of this process, and then the ‘aha’ moment of recognition and realisation will appear.

At 3:33pm (5:33am gmt) Venus shifts into Gate 18 meeting up with Pluto in Gate 58 Defining the Root and Spleen Centres with the Channel of judgement, a ‘design of insatiability’ bringingvalues, worth and truth into play with this logical pressure and drive to find tasteful knowing. This can be a very critical transit, and the key to giving and gaining understanding is to accept that it is best to not offer to share criticisms unless asked. Challenging life is not everyone's cup of tea, and if the criticism has been invited it will be well received. There is also an insatiable drive for perfection here, which can turn into analysis paralysis, so watch out for that one.  And remember judgement for judgement sake is best applied in the public sector, and not applied to oneself or other individuals.
