Today's planetary update

Welcome to my daily transit update, firstly, if you are not really familiar with the Human Design System some of this may seem a little cryptic to you, remember it is based on keynotes from the I Ching, and can be like a zen koan, so sit and muse on it, and let it unravel and reveal itself to you through your own unique relationship to it. Remember that I am describing conditioning themes brought by the planets, they are like the weather, passing through and you don’t have to be influenced by them, you can use or ignore them to best advantage by following your Strategy and Inner Authority. Enjoy the ride! It’s your life! Stick to your Strategy and Inner Authority, it is your guiding light to your true north, don’t get distracted by the bright shiny lights that conditioning brings.

Today starts with the Sun and Earth still moving through the 4^th Lines and then at 9:11pm (10:11am GMT) they will move into the 5^th Lines of Gates 11 and 12 bringing the need to approach projection and expectations with practicality, or risk failing. And ‘the philanthropist’ is in the air, and this is about the abstract and motiveless nurturing of the disenfranchised as a way to ensure harmony, based in a sense of conceptual awareness in relation to philosophic and humanitarian ideas. Plus ‘the pragmatist’ is grounding us today, and here we get to see that the unique success of individual restraint lies in not abandoning the lessons learnt when the phase ends. This can also be seen metaphorically as light is always being conscious of darkness, manifesting in caution as an expression of knowing in relation to social experience. The notself will withdraw, using giving as a form of defense, having a tendency to remember only the most painful lesson learnt.

The Moon is still moving through Gate 2 and at 5:57pm (6:57am GMT) she will shift into Gate 23 ‘assimilation’ bringing movement and focus to ‘splitting apart’ and this is all about individual amorality, based in having the knowing, awareness and understanding which leads to recognition and acceptance of uniqueness and diversity. The very fact that an insight is unique and individual requires that it be metamorphosed in order to be able to communicate its essence to the collective, as for any insight to be recognised as empowering and truly of value to others, it has to be successfully expressed. This Gate is also about eliminating intolerance, as in an intolerant world it is hard for the unique individual to survive.

At 4:28am on the 19^th (17:28 GMT on the 18^th) the Moon shifts into Gate 8  ‘contribution’ bringing movement and focus to individualised ‘holding together’ and this is where an individual’s basic worth is realised and recognised through the actions of contributing their unique efforts to group goals. This is based in the individual possibility of metamorphosis leading to the expression of what you know you can do, and this is best done through going your own way and being the example, and whether anyone follows you or not is irrelevant as the individual knower is designed to be able to go it alone.
